I only got some cookies and a drink but service was prompt and the building was beautiful. The owner was very friendly and gave us a muffin on the house since it was close to closing time. It's worth checking out for the building by itself but the food and drinks being very good is a nice bonus.
Tried just about one of everything to include the coffee. Excellent all-around. The almond croissant, brownies, berry scone & especially the lemon tarts get honorable mention. Lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Was well worth the visit!
I’m French, and I can tell you the croissant and pastries of this bakery are AS GOOD as a regular good French bakery. You have the chance to have one in such a rural area, don’t miss out on this masterclass. Good job to the owners, that was excellent, all the stereotypes are gone!
