Every time I order for pickup on the app they make my order wrong. They don’t even use oat milk that I pay extra for. Today, I placed an order for 2 matcha lattes and they were out of matcha. Not only did I walk out with nothing, they also did not give me a refund since the manager wasn’t there!!!

342387 walked in no greet, the 2 girls just continue to work , stood there and waited patiently while they both did one order, the she came and just looked at me no hello how can I help you, I said you guys don't greet she said yeh I said ok . Do certain people get that. Then she slight put her head down and whispered how can I help you. I said wow placed my order and placed this review. Number one younger generation stop think your at home when your at work. And stop think the world revolves around you and your attitude. If you don't want to acknowledge everyone don't work do remote.

This location used to be great but it has gotten really bad recently. I now go a mile out of the way to the sea cliff location because i had about a half a dozen bad experiences here in the last year.
They are particularly bad with online orders and during the morning rush. A few times I ordered in advance on the app then still waited 15-20 minutes just to be told that they didn't even start my order yet, so I had to leave empty handed. The final time I went there they were out of several things and said they couldn't refund me, so after paying money and leaving empty handed three times I finally gave up on the glen head store.

They only staff one kid whose a lot younger than 18 and has no idea what they are doing On more than one occasion I ordered on the app and 15 min after ordering it has yet to be looked at. I have no idea why any manager would leave a child alone to run their business in the afternoons It’s shameful I ordered an iced cappuccino the kid said he didn’t know know how to make it so I asked if he knew how to make an iced coffee luckily he did. He said even he asked his manager why no one is here to work with him and also has no response
