I’ve been coming to this establishment for the past few months and the last time I was there, the owner was so rude and disrespectful. She called me a child, keep in mind I’m a grown man with two children. I’m never giving this place another dollar. They’re rude to even their most loyal of customers and don’t understand the basics of customer service. I do not recommend going here at all.

The woman that owns and runs the store she’s very rude, disrespectful, she gives less food and charges extra. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They’re basically thieves. And I wouldn’t even feed the ice cream to my dogs. Horrible service and horrible food overall. Stay Away!

I recently visited Lucky Penguin for the first time and had the pleasure of trying their matcha crepe, while my friend opted for the Ferrero Rocher rolled ice cream. Let me tell you, the matcha crepe was a revelation - it's easily one of the best I've ever had. Special thanks to the young man working there who recommended it to me; he really knows his stuff! The customer service was outstanding as well; they even gave me extra sauce topping for free. Yum! Lucky Penguin is a must-visit for dessert lovers.
Great place for milkshakes! If you love bubble tea, there is a flavor for everyone. They have different types of boba/gellies. A nice variety of toppings for ice cream as well.
Lots of options! So happy they have Gluten free ice cream & Fresh fruit toppings. They also have Thai rolled ice cream, beautiful presentation. Also on offer is sweet & savory filled crepes. Very innovative menu for an ice cream parlor. The staff is very helpful as well. Highly recommend!
