Donuts at this location are stale. Not edible. Wondering if they just kept their stock from yesterday and beyond. Too far for me to take it back to them to complain. Be warned about the stale donuts. Ordered grilled cheese there was realy lesss cheese and wasn’t grilled. Ordered Bagel with cream cheese I choose toast dark and my bagel wasn’t toast at all.
I got a dozen of donuts this morning it was terrible and not fresh at all I went to return it then she offered me the fresh ones

Honestly I just got the worse frozen s’mores coffee. It was mainly liquid and not blended well and taste off for lack of better words. As I was drinking the coffee the blended ice just stayed. I am disappointed.

The blueberry donut coffee was good but the old fashioned donut was very chewy and doughy. I think it was underbaked. It’s also not easy to enjoy coffee when there are people coming in asking everyone for money. The staff are nice and the coffee is good
This was my first time busting this restaurant and I must say that the customer service is excellent. The food is freshly made. The location is very convenient along with plenty of parking. My only recommendation is to create more dine in area so the customers can enjoy the freshly made food rather than taking home as it does tend to get a bit cold and the taste isn’t the same. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The ambience is pretty nice as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are around gen area.

I've been coming to this location for close to 10 years and the service is trash. I don't get treated with any type of good customer service I do tend to believe. You can greet them and they cannot make any eye contact or even respond with a simple hello.
