This place has really gone downhill. The employees barely care about customer service, many of the orders come out slowly yet are usually wrong or incomplete, and the bathroom is always dirty and disgusting despite being locked most of the time.

The employees are mostly burnt out and it shows. Most of them barely manage to yell out order numbers for pickup above a whisper, and are almost unhearable during peak hours with a full restaurant. Many of them are friendly when the managers aren't watching them like hawks and will give you a sauce for free, but if any of the managers are around they become silent drones that stick closely to the rules about nickel and diming customers for condiment packets.

Worst of all is the owner/head manager. She's been witnessed yelling at customers, throwing food in their bags as if she's dunking a basketball when someone complains to her, and being generally unpleasant to talk to. The last straw for writing this review was witnessing her charging a family extra for wanting a bag with handles to help carry a large order, as well as for extra coffee creamer and sugar for their coffee, all of which is supposed to be free according to corporate mandate.

Do not go to this McDonald's. The one on Hillside and Springfield Blvd is better staffed, cleaner and much more organized in general.

Dietary restrictions: You can edit your order on the kiosk to your liking, including adding and removing items to fit dietary restrictions. Good luck having them fulfilled without getting questioned by the manager.

Parking: Parking close to the entrance is difficult during lunch/dinner hours, but that's mostly due to a poorly optimized parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly. The owner will yell at children should she feel like it.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is technically wheelchair accessible from both entrances, but the layout of the furniture will make it difficult to get around freely when it's busy.

Ordered a double filet-o-fish and got a single. Didn't notice until I was already home. Can't trust this location to check the food they're preparing.

I have never been a more confusing McDonald's or any store like this ever. The register people would take you to kisko to place your order because they didn't know how to take orders or make change. Then someone from kitchen would come out to make change if necessary..

Deez Nuts

Place is an absolute disgrace, The cashier guy with the curly hair is very slow and doesn’t know how to speak to the customer properly,Speaks very rudely. And the Indian Manager Gave me cold fries and wouldn’t give me new ones. Place really needs to either replace the employees or give better training,I will never purchase from this Mcdonalds again.

The worst experience i ever had, zero hospitality and very rude. Never visit again. The staff doesn't know how to talk to guests shame on McDonald's having people work like this.

Terrible manager. 6 people waiting for use of restroom with no knowledge of needing to go to the counter to get access. The counter person thought it was funny that people were waiting so long thinking someone was inside.
Insensitive and irresponsible.
Manager needs to be retrained in customer service.
A simple sign on the restroom door indicating that you need to go to the counter for access would be too easy

It's worth three bundles, the potatoes are cold, dry and they want to sell you the mayonnaise...DON'T buy it...I couldn't eat the cold and dry potatoes...DON'T

Your manager said she didnt care about anything. Right off the start. I didnt want to order from the kiosk and I was told I don't care,leave. And then she told me to email my issue...so here I am. The female manager at 7 am this morning would not give me her name after that and then walked around talking about me... she also got my order wrong while using the kiosk... it is in the glen oaks shopping center in queens ny 11004....take this as you may but this place is BAD and very badly run.
