They forgot my sauces that I ordered with my nugget so I gave them a call. They said "sorry there's nothing we can do" and just hung up on me without even waiting for my response. I called them again and they hang up again. I am so disappointed by your services.

Ive been going to this place 1-3 times every week for the past 4 years… they were just bought by a new owner/manager this week. The new management has the worst customer service ever and they dont care if customers leave. I always buy chicken tender meals and never take the soda. I always ask for a little spicy seasoning on the side because my child loves it. This time they said No because the new owner/manager doesn’t want it. I also offered to pay for it, they refused. They said you can go to another restaurant if you want they dont care. Never going there again. Poor customer service and rude manager.

I decided to try this place today. I was passing and figured why not, I rarely eat fried chicken but I love it! Sadly I have to say never again. I gave it two stars because the store was clean and the chicken had a good crunch. They have hot and regular. I got my husband the spicy/hot chicken. Oh boy that's hot and spicy! Even for him and he loves spicy hot food. I also feel the chicken is a low grade of chicken. I shop and cook for over 50 years and I do know the difference. I was not happy with that. The fries are crispy but eh, nothing special. I ate 3 and it was enough. The biscuit also nothing special, I make better chicken and biscuits. The biscuit was too dry and tough on the outside. A biscuit should be light and melt in your mouth when you eat them. Almost like they over worked the dough. I did not taste their burgers. Though I saw people eating them and they seemed happy with their purchase. Maybe I'm being too picky..? But if I'm going for those calories I want a great piece of chicken. Too bad Roy Rogers is gone, they can take a lesson from them or the other notable fried chicken restaurants. No salt, pepper or ketchup, sauce, napkins nothing put in the bag or offered. Sorry no pics, left my phone in the car.

I had passed by this restaurant so many times but never gotten a chance to make a visit. This was the first time I had a chance to pay a visit and I must say that the dine in space is very limited but it is well managed. The window special is what you should go for. They do have self checkout register in rider for you to place order since it really gets busy. In addition, in every Texas Restaurant you can now place the order via the App to collect points along with ordering ahead. I had to wait about 20 minutes to receive 3 piece chicken which honestly is unacceptable as they didn’t have enough regular chicken available to give. I would have given this restaurant rating of 5 if my experience would have been satisfactory which in his case was below satisfactory. The parking is really hard to find so I am assuming most of the customers either double park or order through delivery app.

Two guy at the counter didn’t know I understand their language. When I asked two use restroom they said sure no problem. But it was closed, then they said somebody in there. After 10 minutes of waiting One said to the Second get the keys and try but don’t open. I am disappointed that even halal restaurants do this racial thing to their religious brothers
