I ordered a hero, I told him I wanted turkey beacon nice and crispy with egg whites and cheddar cheese. They put American cheese and only put one stripe of beacon with two eggs. One medium ice coffee for $13.00 not worth it at all. Highly disappointed. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Have to edit my previous review of this place. They were good at one time but after the change of ownership, the food and customer service has gone down. I gave them the benefit of doubt after my first not-so-good experience but when it happens again, that's it. Will not be going back.

I haven't come here in years for the exact reasons I'm writing this review and I don't plan to either. I just wanted some oatmeal on my lunch break, I ordered a small oatmeal with what was supposed to be half a banana and raisins. It had about five raisins and I would bet my life there wasn't even one tenth of a banana. Super slow with nobody moving and then handed it to me in a bag with the oatmeal upside down. Only reason I even give the service for stars is because of the nice gentleman who paid attention to me and got my order ready. Even if it was upside down and not as described

I ordered an egg sandwich 3 eggs over medium, bacon, salt, pepper and ketchup And I said please no cheese I get my sandwich super fast and the older Hispanic gentlemen repeated what was on the sandwich when he handed it to the cashier. I asked him if he put bacon before he walked away and he said no you didn't say bacon and I said I'm pretty sure I did but could you please put bacon on it and he began to run his mouth with an attitude. 5 more sandwiches came out before mine and when I opened my sandwich to eat it there was yolk everywhere and the egg was barely cooked almost like sunny side up it seemed like he just throw the sandwich around and the egg was barley on the bagel. There was no reason for this man to treat me this way and behave this way very unprofessional. I will never return to this bagel store ever agian. It's sad because everyone else in the shop was uncomfortable as well because this man made such a big deal about the bacon and presisted to carry on about it.

The bagels are very small. The bacon is so soft that it looks like grilled ham, and they are also expensive for the size. My hand can wrap around the bagel because it is so small. I have been buying here for years but sometimes the size of the bagel makes me angry because either it is big and the hole is very wide or it is very small. I hope they make changes to the size of the bagel. The yasye is good tho.

My husband stopped here today. A simple order of2 bacon , egg and cheese sandwhiches on a roll . A side of homefries to go. They need to hire someone that can understand english. He had to repeat this simple order 4 times. Then gets home and we didnt get what we ordered. We got 1 bacon egg and cheese sandwhich and 1 egg and cheese with homefries on it! I mean this is a bagel place , people order sandwhiches all the time! I would have gone back but we were hungry. Never again.
