The bagels are very small. The bacon is so soft that it looks like grilled ham, and they are also expensive for the size. My hand can wrap around the bagel because it is so small. I have been buying here for years but sometimes the size of the bagel makes me angry because either it is big and the hole is very wide or it is very small. I hope they make changes to the size of the bagel. The yasye is good tho.

My husband stopped here today. A simple order of2 bacon , egg and cheese sandwhiches on a roll . A side of homefries to go. They need to hire someone that can understand english. He had to repeat this simple order 4 times. Then gets home and we didnt get what we ordered. We got 1 bacon egg and cheese sandwhich and 1 egg and cheese with homefries on it! I mean this is a bagel place , people order sandwhiches all the time! I would have gone back but we were hungry. Never again.

Would not recommend going here. Waited over 25 minutes, ended up leaving with nothing. I had a very simple bagel order and notified multiple employees after waiting patiently. Multiple people behind me received their order. Was the order made? Will it be out shortly? Was it forgotten? I have no clue because nobody will even talk to you. Don’t waste your time here. This occurred on 11/16/24 at 11AM.

I went in to get a simple breakfast sandwich. I didn’t expect to actually be forced to leave a one star review. I asked for a toasted ham and cheese on a croissant. The guy charged me 10 whole dollars for a ham and cheese on a croissant and has the gall to give it to me stone cold and would’ve put mayo on it had I not looked up at what he was doing. Unfortunately, I was taking it out and didn’t realize it was cold until I arrived home. On top of that, their menu prices above show prices nowhere near ten dollars for the same sandwich on a roll or bagel. I called and asked them about this, and they were dismissive at best. The sandwich was fine after I put it in my toaster oven, but I was better off getting a 49¢ croissant around the corner at Lidl and buying a pack of ham and cheese separately. Disappointing service.

They charge different prices for the same item when they feel like. Been getting the same exact sandwich all week and today they decide to upcharge me. I showed my receipts and they said “maybe we were confused those days”. All that for a basic breakfast sandwich .. no thank you.
I ordered a egg and cheese on a roll with slight mayo. Instead I received a egg and cheese that was not melted, tons of mayonnaiseand contaminated with bacon from the grill. Its a shame this used to be the perfect place do not recommend.

I'm assuming either they got new owners or are under new management because this used to be my favorite breakfast place to eat. The food was phenomenal. Decided to drive a half hour to go get it today and I think that had to be the worst bacon egg and cheese on a bagel I've ever eaten. It looked unappetizing and tasted as good as it looked. They're using cheap Franken-cheese that doesn't melt, the bacon was not fresh, it was soggy flavorless and tasted liked it cooked days before, the egg looked half formed, half scrambled and gooey and even the bagel wasn't good, it tasted like it sat out too long. We ordered other bagels too, it wasn't just mine. They used to have the best bagels in town. I don't know what the deal is, but it's sad to see such a good place make such a dramatic turn for the worse. I wouldn't go back again. There isn't one positive thing I can say about the food we ordered unfortunately sorry to what a bagel for the very honest review but you guys fell off. Whatever you did, change it back, bring back the old people who used to run it please!!!!
