I had a good experience here. -inside, outside, take out available -free parking -one co-ed bathroom Came here for the first time on a Saturday -place was full inside, so we sat outside -staff were very kind & informative -I loved my toasted everything bagel scooped out with half scallion cream cheese and vegetable cream cheese. -my friends got the tuna and the chicken salad on their bagels and they were satisfied as well -it is pricey here, but the quality was good

Been going here for a few years on occasion and watched their prices rise uncontrollably. They charged me $19.96 [cash!] for a turkey/Swiss on a roll, large hot coffee, and two extra bread rolls. They're out of half of what's on their menu. I noticed their bialy tasted weird and old last time I went in -- the bread I ordered and was overcharged for this time was stale and tastes musty. Yuck. Go literally anywhere else.

I did NOT ordered online from you yesterday and never. Plus I was not in Glendale yesterday either.
Please check your charging activities because this is fraudulent. I will report it on Monday with the bank.
I called twice today to speak with your manager but he/she was too busy for this issue.

The food is lackluster, nothing to wow about. Very plain and small portioned. I’m sure their omelettes are two eggs only, yet they say that because of egg price hike they charge more. So they charge more for less. The burritos or wraps are good. But otherwise very cheap with their portions. The service is always good, they are always nice. The atmosphere is nice too. Till you pay $45 for something you would pay $20 for in a regular bodega and actual diner .Their bagels are hard and not good. WOW bagel on fresh pond have great bagels. Maybe they can take some notes from them. A bacon egg and cheese EVERYWHERE from here to Timbuktu is around $5. These hooligans charge $10 and up. HIGHWAY robbery.

My family and I stopped in for a quick breakfast since we were in the neighborhood. We were so pleased with everything and will be back! I think we found our go-to breakfast spot for when we are in this area. The staff made our experience memorable, everyone was so kind, helpful & welcoming! The food was delicious and we’re looking forward to giving other items a try!

I had forgotten why I stopped coming here. Decided to stop in for a BaconeggNcheese on plain bagel and got the price tag then I remembered. 11 Bucks for BEC bit out of the question. Although sandwich is alright and place is clean, find it hard to justify price tag they have. Stop over glendale bagels for same samewhich just 5 bucks cheaper.
Today I went to buy a bagel with cream cheese, a coffee, chocolate and bread, in total I paid $11, the person who prepared the bagel for me was very compassionate with my daughter who has Autism and prepared the rainbow bagel that my daughter wanted, I I bring it to the table in a paper case with a happy face.

Ordered an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and a medium coffee for just under 8 bucks. Bagel was toasted well with a generous amount of cream cheese. Very good quality and value overall.

Food it's good ,very friendly stuff but I don't understand why the need to over charge "BAR FEE" And " OPERATING FEE" they said there's a cash discount but since they put those fees there's really no discounts you really paid what you suppose to pay but if you paid credit/debit you pay EVEN MORE ???
