I had just entered the place with my girlfriend. I wanted to try the food for the first time. I entered and saw how the waiters walked past me and did not even approach the table to ask if we had ordered. I preferred to leave because he was not interested in serving me. I spent more than 5 minutes sitting.

Extra long waits for no reason. Giving 2 hour wait time quotes while having up to 5 or 6 tables at a time sitting empty throughout the night. I waited this time, but saw a lot of business lost due to others not wanting to wait. Maybe its a staffing issue.

HORRIBLE service. took quick to get our food, but the server didnât even tell us his name, he just came to our table and said âwhat do you wantâ and didnât even check up on us and we tried to call him multiple times to our table, even calling other servers trying to get their attention, and it took about 15-20 minutes for someone to come. didnât even get a lid for my sauce and had to grab it myself. i also ordered wings to go and the server that gave it to us just threw it at our table i was so appalled.

I am a frequent visitor of this location, however due to personal reasons I was unable to go in person today so I decided to order through Uber Eats. Upon my delivery, I received a completely different order and when I called the restaurant to try to make some sort of arrangement for a different delivery all I got was a very nasty attitude from the representative who âwas helping meâ and all I got was a cold âyou need to reorder your food and request a refund from Uber and have Uber re order your foodâ. There was no empathy or compassion for the inconvenience nor did they try to even offer a gift card for the inconvenience or something to try to compensate what happened- you will think a multimillion dollar company will care about retention of their customers but I guess they need to train their employees better- I get that it wasnât their fault that any of this happened but I believe a little compassion can go a long way.
