This visit was a family dinner. There was 8 of us. Was a busy night short wait. Fast and friendly service. Food was delicious.

We waited an hour and a half to sit down as it was a Saturday afternoon. The server was great but I was served a burned burger. The manager did have them make me a new one which was great.

Super unfriendly man with dyed blonde hair greeting us on Friday night 12/5. Made the 5 of us feel unwelcomed immediately, servers also complaining about the crowd and didn’t want to seat anyone until a manager told them that the party ahead of us fit.

The burger was okay The frozen margarita was mid. More sweet than any taste of the two liquors that was in it.
Stopped in on Black Friday at opening. Possibly one of the rudest Wait/bar staff I've ever had the misfortune of encountering.
I literally turned around and walked out. Created , I know I shouldn't expect much professionalism from a place the caliber of chili's , but this was ridiculous.
Don't think I'll ever step foot in another chili's again.

I came on a Saturday around 4pm. It was a lot busier than I expected but luckily we got seats pretty quickly. The food was really good! I understand they were probably short staffed but we were there close to 2 hours when we didn’t want to stay that long. We had to ask for multiple items more than once. It got to a point where other customers came up to us asking if we were almost done and I was like yeah but we’re waiting for our food lol.

I love coming for the triple dipper, Ben is the best server ever. So attentive, accommodating and kind. Love getting him as my sever because I know I will be able to have a smooth dinner.

i recently just left this chilis and had a great time! coming from a picky eater the food was good and the drinks (specifically the wicked drinks) were delicious! i want to shout out chelsea (i hope i spelled her name right 🥲) she provided such great service and was so sweet and made my experience 10 times better, i hope she gets to see this review! thank u chilis and chelsea for making tonight even better!
