this chiles was genuinely so bad lol the staff were okay but the menu is so bad and the food is probably the saltiest food you will ever eat like im so serious the after taste in your mouth will either be complete blandness or extreme saltiness the chips and salsa are so bad its literally lays with the most watery salsa ever please dont come here? just go to another chiles or another restaurant

Service was terrible. I went in a party of four with my boyfriend, my sister, and a friend. The person who sat us looked like he was in a rush, which is surprising considering that the restaurant was nearly empty. Jokingly, we ask the guy for a kids menu, and rudely replies “Give me a minute, you guys aren’t the only ones here, you know.”Our waiter was amazing, told us it was his first day and we gave him a tip for being the kindest staff member out of everyone else, hopefully it’ll go to him and not the others.Back to the guy who sat us, he charged us 150 when it was 80 at first. He had told us that we had to pay for the chefs that made our food. That pissed all of us off. Never have I ever been in a restaurant that would CHARGE YOU to pay the chefs until the first time I go to Chili’s. My boyfriend had assumed that he believed that we’re teenagers, and tried taking our money.Overall, my first time going to Chili’s was terrible. The food was good aside from that. Service and staff could use some work.

The service was terrible because my two daughters went there to go grab something to eat and they had to pay an additional $60 for the chefs It was 90 in total because there was four people going
Service was good. The food was great. I know you guys can't help the wait time for people that has 5 or more because of the foot traffic you guys get. Really it's not a complaint, just more of an inconvenience. In all your place was one of the best Chili's I've been to. Thank you.
