The ice cream is the best in the mall, and of the neighborhood All of the employees are friendly, serve large portions of ice cream, love their occupation, satisfy all of their customers This store has the workforce with team that every shall have I never had a bad experience here, I entered than left happy The ice cream flavors speak for themselves, they are unbelievable! They blend with fruits, syrups, other of toppings, which makes them look better, grab our attention, have us desire it more, to give us a feeling that we have never had! I love this Cold Stone Creamery, I have told a lot of people about this store, I will always be in here!

Ordered a birthday cake for delivery and noticed that it had confetti inside the icecream right after ordering it. So i called and whoever was the guy that just opened up the place on Saturday Jan 27, was unprofessional, got annoyed with every question i asked, huffed and puffed when I asked if he can simply switch the cake for another kind which i stated which one, and to please write happy birthday (my child’s name) When i got the cake, it was the wrong one and no happy birthday on it all all. Disappointing when u spend over $50 for a tiny cake. Never again will I order from there. The guy i spoke with (didn’t catch his name) is obviously in the wrong place. Selling icecream while being rude and unprofessional is not a good combination.

Love coldstone. But it always smells like a cleaning product there. Like pine sol or something. Its wayyy to strong. The cones absorb the smell too. That cant be good

Cold Stone Creamery at Atlas mall is so clean. An ice cream store in that clean condition is rarely found. I worked in n ice cream store and i know its really hard to keep such an ice cream store that clean.

Terrible customer service! Workers are rude and obnoxious. At 11:37 pm they were still serving customers but refused to let me buy anything. When I noticed the cash register was still open I asked if I could buy a cake instead and the worker laughed in my face and said no. Even though they were still taking money from other customers and using the register. Posted signage of opening and closing times is also wrong. It says that they close at 12 when they close at 11.
