The two employees with grey shirts on, and caps. Whom are working at 4:45. PM On Sunday, October 5. Have to be the most perfect employees ever. The rush was insane and the speed of their service was awesome. They definitely need a $4 raise.

I got the founders favorite and substituted the pecans with Oreos and it was amazing I got a large and the brownie and caramel and extra fudge was the best part it was amazing

The flavor tastes not good here, and the person who works there is rude, I ordered the ice cream there table and was told must leave in very soon. That is really disgusting.
The ice cream is the best in the mall, and of the neighborhood All of the employees are friendly, serve large portions of ice cream, love their occupation, satisfy all of their customers This store has the workforce with team that every shall have I never had a bad experience here, I entered than left happy The ice cream flavors speak for themselves, they are unbelievable! They blend with fruits, syrups, other of toppings, which makes them look better, grab our attention, have us desire it more, to give us a feeling that we have never had! I love this Cold Stone Creamery, I have told a lot of people about this store, I will always be in here!

Ordered a birthday cake for delivery and noticed that it had confetti inside the icecream right after ordering it. So i called and whoever was the guy that just opened up the place on Saturday Jan 27, was unprofessional, got annoyed with every question i asked, huffed and puffed when I asked if he can simply switch the cake for another kind which i stated which one, and to please write happy birthday (my child’s name) When i got the cake, it was the wrong one and no happy birthday on it all all. Disappointing when u spend over $50 for a tiny cake. Never again will I order from there. The guy i spoke with (didn’t catch his name) is obviously in the wrong place. Selling icecream while being rude and unprofessional is not a good combination.
