I go to a few Dunkin’s in the area and by far this one is the worst. Geographically it’s the closest location to m but I don’t go there often at all because of the sheer lack of accountability. My drinks are almost always wrong. It’s a toss up to whether or not it’s even worth opening my mouth over and it’s proven that they just don’t care. I can look at my drink and tell you what’s wrong. Black iced coffees shouldn’t have milk in them. Black iced coffees with swirls, should not have milk in them. Why am I repeatedly spelling out what’s wrong with my order just to be stared at not understanding what the issue is? It’s language barrier 100% but how are these people getting the jobs to begin with and going through training if you can’t understand that a black iced coffee is a black iced coffee lol. It’s one thing to make the drink wrong it’s another when you make the drink wrong and try to say it was my fault. Get it together people.

If I can give less stars I would I went in 9/29/2025 at 3:02 PM Swapan took my order I go to this location at least 1 a day but I usually go twice because my sons daycare is nearby so I go when I drop off my son and when I pick him up I’ve never had issues I pay with the phone scan so I can get points towards my next order because I love Dunkin’ Donuts when I first started my order Swapan asked what I would like and I asked for the tornado twist energy drink the mix of berry burst and peach sunshine I had ordered the same drink that morning but when I asked for it at this time the man told me we don’t have a tornado twist that’s discontinued,I told him I ordered it with him this morning and there was no problem so he stops and calls a short older man to come and take my order instead I ordered my drink and I ordered munchkins for my son and I had a discount code because of how much I shop there I used it for my drink and then asked him to scan to pay with the app he scans it and then yells at me asking to see my phone there’s a whole line behind me at this point and I show it to him because I have nothing to hide I’m just trying to get my items and leave the older man stops me and says I can’t leave and goes downstairs the other guy Swapan is yelling at me telling me I can’t leave because I haven’t paid my son is crying because he wants to leave and the older guy finally comes up while Swapan is yelling at me saying I can’t leave I need to pay and then the older guy said something in their language and the guys whole demeanor changed at this point a detective from the NYPD was also on the line and asked me what’s happened I explained and he said “wow I was about to order coffee for the whole station guess I’ll go somewhere else” and left literally lost money because of the incompetence of your employees I’ll never be setting foot into this location again and will be telling friends and family not to as well disgusting

Must say, this is my to go DD. However, for some reason, when the ladies are not there, the service is not the same, I wish the guys were more focused on attending customers coming in instead of catering to the online orders. Hire more staff, ones attending online orders and the other 2 at the register side, getting the order ready for walk-in customers.
I went in there today and ordered hash browns and a coffee . A minute later a worker calls out “hash browns “ so I grab them .I walk away and while I’m standing by the napkins a worker yells “MISS GET OVER HERE” I walk over and he says “YOU TOOK THE HASHBROWNS?!?” I said yes , i ordered them, I thought they were mine …. He rolls his eyes and says “they were for him” , and points to a man standing there . I apologized and said I didn’t know and that this guy could have them . This manager yelled at me in the middle of dunkin and tried to make it like I was stealing hash browns . The best part is they were for this guys 5 year old daughter so he not only made me look like a thief, but a thief who steals food from CHILDREN . Also , who would go into a dunkin and order a coffee, then proceed to steal hash browns from someone else . I was genuinely confused .Never going back again

Worst Dunkin Ever, The old guy with glasses working there have no manners, how to interact with their guests or customers. He was yelling at me even after getting my order wrong. And he was so loud for no reason. NEVER COMING BACK.
