She went above and beyond to help an elderly guest with their tray, checked in on families eating, and still managed to keep everything running smoothly behind the counter. Don't know if it's something with me... but I've been a customer in this location since it's opening. The past couple of times they've gotten stingy with tge fries. Stopped doing business here. Against my better judgment decided to buy an order today. Watched the guy seemingly be generous with other customers orders & again my order.... stingy with the fries. Won't be patronizing this place again.

In certain reviews I would harp on the price of food in a restaurant if I find it more steep than usual but Five Guys always had a reputation of having premium price burgers long before recent inflation put a chokehold on our finances. With all that said, you definitely get what you pay for in Five Guys. It's been awhile since I've stopped by one and I figured this would be a decent opportunity for a review. I ordered a bacon Cheeseburger, fries and a soda, a customary combo which totalled to $23, yeah definitely above customary price. It was delicious though. I don't remember asking for a double patty burger but I basically got a double bacon Cheeseburger, not that I'm complaining since that didn't cost extra. I had to dig it out of the fries they ceremoniously dump straight into the bag, you can't say this establishment is ever cheap on fries. It filled me up good, I can't even think about eating now 3 hours later. Props to the lady in the counter and the cooks in the back, service was friendly and orderly. The soda machines with multiple options is a nice touch, seriously why don't more restaurants have those? I had a good lunch here, no complaints. Keep in mind a fat wallet is required if you want a fat order from Five Guys.

I can honestly say that the hamburger is the same as a deli hamburger, the only difference is in the price! Five guys $14 and deli price is $7. Fries was ok but landed in the package!I paid $52 for two regular burger and a large fries so I think it’s very overpriced!
