I love your bagels. They’re the best in Queens & Brooklyn combined- but I’m trying to order via a delivery app and there’s no way for me to surpass the option of how toasted I want the bagels, and I don’t want them toasted period. I can’t write a note in saying I don’t want them toasted either, so I won’t be ordering via the app. I would just come get them but I’m home with Covid so I can’t. Please fix this on the delivery apps and add a non-toasted option...
