I order from this McDonald's quite regularly using ubereats. I often order the sweetened tea with my meal, as it's advertised that they sell it, and out of the many times that I've asked for sweetened tea, they have repeatedly given me unsweetened tea. Today is no exception. I usually give good reviews in uber eats but today im sick of it. Like it happens ALOT.

Asked for a big breakfast with hotcakes and an egg and cheese biscuit. But for some reason was given an exuberant amount of condiments, and was missing my egg my biscuit and hashbrown . Quite disappointed in the service aswell, lack of attention for customers who want to pay in cash despite the demographic of the neighborhood being primarily elderly . This franchise needs to reevaluate some of the individuals it employs. I'd skip this place and just goto Glendale diner 1 block away youd basically spend the same amount of money

Been ordering here for 20 years , ever since they hired few other employees lately . My order is always missing things , burger , kids juices etc . New trick they pull :- please drive up to the last window so the car behind rushes you to leave ….:- Guessing they take home the extras at the end of the shift . New stealing tactic! Not happy

Great table service and this was the best McDonald's I've ever had
Service isn't an issue. It's everything else. Poorly managed seems to be the problem. It's usually dirty, the food isn't good, as good as a McDonald's can be. Idk what's going on with the fountain drinks. They always taste flat and just disgusting. The staff itself I never have an issue with because they tend to be attentive. It's just that the operation of its maintenance and quality of the food are the real issues.

My order placed through drive-Tru.
I ordered a Quarter Pounder without any dressing or cheese. I also order 2 milk Shakes. Large vanilla and small chocolate. Both shakes have black hard plastic in both. While drinking the vanilla shake I felt something on my tongue and thought it maybe peace’s of chocolate chip but it wasn’t. I could have cracked my teeth on this stuff. The particles was also in the chocolate. I tried calling the store to let them know their machine needs to be checked but no one picked up. I was already close to home and didn’t feel like going back. My purchased was made today around 4::11pm.
What’s really sad, I drink milk shakes twice a year.
