Place is absolute trash. Flies everywhere. Only about 5 flavors. Such a filthy place. Take the extra 10 minutes and go to the North Greenbush location, that one is amazing!

This location is the worst ever. It says open at 12, they open when they feel like it. The yogurt doesn’t taste the same as other locations it’s weak. The toppings are a joke. They were 1/8 full or less or if it was like the cake batter balls there was 4 tiny ones (nickel size) ridiculous. I won’t be back they got me twice never again.

My first visit here and the frozen yogurt was good however the bathroom was absolutely disgusting 🤮… looks like the manager never cleans it… and the fact that they had one person working… that’s a terrible safety issue!

I've been there before and it was good. This time... nope. The store was filthy. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time. The ice cream wasn't even that good. If tasted a bit spoiled , sour. The woman working there hardly spoke English and was more interested in her phone than taking care of the business. She could have been cleaning when none was there. It was discusting.Doubt I'll go back.

I’m not like a reviewer but I went and today and half of the machines were pure liquid. I understand there can be issues but at least put a sign up. Last time in was here my chocolate fro yo was spoiled it stunk so bad. I give 2 stars because the group that was available today was good.

I thought my bad experience was original, but it’s clearly not. This place is so bad. My first cup was sour, I walked back in and asked if I could get a new bowl because cheesecake tasted sour. It was foul. There were flys everywhere and the place was so dirty. I feel sick after eating here. I was so excited for a treat and this was so disappointing

Hello everyone, thought it was time for an update! I am a bit of a FroYo connoisseur. Not only do I enjoy FroYo, but the toppings are what make or break it. In fact, I’ll even share my little known secret method, first a bit of FroYo, then the topping, followed by more FroYo and more topping. This ensures delicious toppings in every bite.
Now, onto the review. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tommy, today. In spite of the challenges he faced upon assuming this business, which sounds like it happened in the past year, he has addressed these challenges head on.
First, several of the machines have been fixed and are producing delicious FroYo. I know this to be a fact because I taste tested them out (it’s a sacrifice I was willing to make!). Second, the toppings were all filled and were clean and organized. Third, the overall experience was delightful and very welcoming.
I’d strongly urge those of you who had a bad experience (I myself had them over the past few months and was giving it one more shot) to try it out once again. Tommy is putting in the time and money to fix the machines and ensure a wonderful experience for customers.
Why is this location so bad? It's either closed before nine when it is supposed to be open or all broken and disheveled. We made it there before they closed and they had 4 flavors and all the machines were disabled and she said it'll be like that for a few weeks. Just close this place bc it's barely functioning
