Hello everyone, thought it was time for an update! I am a bit of a FroYo connoisseur. Not only do I enjoy FroYo, but the toppings are what make or break it. In fact, I’ll even share my little known secret method, first a bit of FroYo, then the topping, followed by more FroYo and more topping. This ensures delicious toppings in every bite.

Now, onto the review. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tommy, today. In spite of the challenges he faced upon assuming this business, which sounds like it happened in the past year, he has addressed these challenges head on.

First, several of the machines have been fixed and are producing delicious FroYo. I know this to be a fact because I taste tested them out (it’s a sacrifice I was willing to make!). Second, the toppings were all filled and were clean and organized. Third, the overall experience was delightful and very welcoming.

I’d strongly urge those of you who had a bad experience (I myself had them over the past few months and was giving it one more shot) to try it out once again. Tommy is putting in the time and money to fix the machines and ensure a wonderful experience for customers.

Why is this location so bad? It's either closed before nine when it is supposed to be open or all broken and disheveled. We made it there before they closed and they had 4 flavors and all the machines were disabled and she said it'll be like that for a few weeks. Just close this place bc it's barely functioning

Compared to where I get 16 handles this was not very good there was fruit flys around the cherrys and strawberry’s. The strawberry’s looked like they have been out for a long time . Some of the ice cream came out as liquid, the whipped cream tasted sour and expired. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was brownish green instead of a green color. Overall it was not good and I was not satisfied.

The dining area was absolutely disgusting. We were not even sure where to sit because the tables were all covered in crumbs and dirty napkins and the floor was even worse. Most of the yogurts were mushy, and just in general, all of the machines looked rough - many of them out of order. Topping selection was adequate but not great. Very little fresh fruit and not a great variety. In general, it all looked like it had been sitting out a while and not very appetizing. Also. I'm pretty sure the blue raspberry flavor was actually cotton candy. Blehh.

We go to 16 handles every Sunday as a treat. We've only ever been to the clifton park and east greenbush so we decided to try glenmont today... big mistake! It was so gross, it shares the space with a subway so it smells like that which I understand isn't their fault but the whole location was dirty. The toppings were a mess and half empty. Went over to the machines, some of the handles were closed, no big deal. Went to pick my flavor and I didn't even want to touch the handle, there was yellow gel looking substance coming out of the top. I told my husband we needed to leave and he said it's fine and pulled the handle.... it was neon yellow and smelled so bad... it was the birthday cake which is usually white. My kids said theirs was all watery and looked funny. We through them out and left!

This place is gross. Broken machines, melted stuff coming out of the taps, sticky mess on the floor, signs don’t match flavors. The one machine that did produce a frozen product tasted sour. All this while the manager walks around on his cell phone like a buffoon. Won’t be back.

When we arrived someone was working on the screen of one of the machines. My kids started getting their yogurt and they were coming out with the wrong flavors than were displayed on the screen. It was then that the person working tells us the power was out so the screens weren’t right. My kids weren’t upset so we just moved along.

After paying and taking the first bite it was obvious all of the yogurts were spoiled. I asked how long they had no power and was told 6hrs! I told the gentleman working that all of the yogurts seem to be spoiled as they all taste sour. I said the sorbets seem to be fine from what my kids said which would make sense. He asked what kinds we had and offered for me to get sorbet instead of the bowl of spoiled yogurt I had. I just threw it out and said no thank you. He did nothing about the spoiled yogurts while we were there and even went over to help the person working the subway in the same building.

We will not be going back to this 16 handles. Over the past few years the quality has gone way down. Half the handles are empty and they hardly ever have any new flavors.

Compared to Clifton park, this location was not good. Lots of the flavors came out liquid, and even the ones that weren't didn't seem that solid and melted fast. They didn't have a great selection of toppings and a lot of them were empty. We were the only customers in there but I imagine they have a staffing issue like many places.
