Compared to Clifton park, this location was not good. Lots of the flavors came out liquid, and even the ones that weren't didn't seem that solid and melted fast. They didn't have a great selection of toppings and a lot of them were empty. We were the only customers in there but I imagine they have a staffing issue like many places.
This place has gone downhill since it first opened. Half the handles didn’t even have flavors, and half the flavors that were there were out of stock. I attempted to use the birthday cake froyo and dispensed a runny yellow liquid all over my cup. I looked around for staff and could only see the Subway employees. I went to use a different flavor and after dispensing it into my bowl, noticed that there was a long human hair coming out of the machine and into my frozen yogurt....
