The main food came out before the appetizer and somehow the fries were barely warm as if they sat out for a while but not even under the heat lamp. The piece of chicken on the guac chicken was about half the size of the bun (we shared it, one half had no chicken). The triple dipper came out about 10 mins after we finished the main meal. The chicken crispers were not crisp at all, they instead squeezed grease into your mouth when you took a bite and were not even edible. We both looked at each other when we took a sip of water and questioned what the weird taste was. Bartender was attentive & great, everything else needs help!

We got the mozzarella wedges that are all over social media and they were fantastic! We all got the smash burgers and they were so juicy they were dripping with deliciousness! Chili’s has really stepped up their game!!!
