I stopped at another Dunkin on my way to work, and as I was driving I realized my wrap was burnt to a crisp. I pulled in here and politely asked if they were able to remake it, as I was on my way to work and way too far past the original Dunkin. The lady was extremely rude explaining their policy that since they have different owners they couldn’t do it. So this poor rating is for the attitude I received even though I was very polite. But also, it’s one wrap… and I literally had it as proof to show her I wasn’t lying to get free food. It’s not like I showed up asking for 6 sandwiches or a dozen donuts. I was able to go back to the original Dunkin later in the day and they were super apologetic, made me a new wrap, and kindly explained their policy. This 2/5 stars is for the rudeness from that morning and other times I have been here. The wraps here are generally good.

I have placed an order in drive thru I was successfully get placed after going through the window they told there machines are down. Atleast they need to keep before in the app so that the customer will understand everything and proceed further and never get disappointed. But anyways I don’t visit again thanks

We placed a pickup order at this Dunkin’ and were really let down by the service. The person at the window was unnecessarily rude when informing us that the donuts we ordered weren’t available. When we politely asked what they did have, he listed the options with even more attitude—completely uncalled for, especially since we were being perfectly pleasant.
To make matters worse, after we chose new flavors, we were still given the wrong ones. It wasn’t busy, so there was no clear reason for the frustration or the mistake.
Honestly, it’s just donuts—there’s no reason to speak to customers that way. A really disappointing experience that left a bad taste, and not from the food.

My previous review was for the other DD I’m so sorry…. Glenmont DD is friendly, quick and efficient!! I go there maybe 2 times a day and no matter what time, my coffee is fresh and customer service is top notch!!!

There is a guy that works the counter inside who absolutely hates taking your order and believe me he is gonna let you know about it. Should not complain though.,.. at least he acknowledges your standing there the others rarely check to see if anyone is standing there. This is also the only location where I get chopped hash browns. Almost every other location gives me these round tot like things. This place you get a baggie of shredded potatoes 9-10 times. I gave them 1 star because I had to and the second star because they have coffee. Honestly just hold off for a few miles and there are far better options.

I go to this one often because I pass it for work, but this is the second time I have had hair in my coffee, have had hair on food from here which makes more sense but how can you not notice hair in my coffee cup! Will drive the extra miles to another location that’s more sanitary

always get the orders wrong, super slow, just got uber eats from them and they say they have absolutely no food??? paid 27$ for two sandwiches and two drinks and only got the drinks, only got refunded ONE DOLLAR. lazy. ripped off. do better.
