The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I will never order from this place again. I ordered 10 orders of wings on May 24th for the students in my class. On each order, I selected the fries option. I set the order to be ready between 11:45 and 11:50 am so I could make it back to school for our special last day of the year class lunch. Unfortunately, the order was not ready until 12:10 pm and so I counted the orders and rushed out to get back to school, as I was already late. When I got back to the school, NONE of the orders had fries. The labels on the 10 orders were unreadable as the heat had turned them all black. So, we couldn't easily figure out who's order was whose and none had fries. In addiiton, the wings were overcooked. Why I will never go back again, is I called to try to get a refund of some of the $158 I had spent ( they added a TIP without me knowing it - even though I was driving to pick up the order!) They offered me a $5 coupon. When I refused, they told me the manager would call. Of course, I have never received a call back.
Very poor handling of this situation. I would not recommend getting wings-to-go from this restaurant.

Our experience at Chilis Rensselaer was a good one. Our dinners were basic but good. Very well priced and lots of food. Service was attentive. Good place for families.

The awesome blossom was cold, never got corn on the cob, the rice was burned and the shrimp for faitas smelled and tasted bad. Had to ask for refills.
