I will never order from this place again. I ordered 10 orders of wings on May 24th for the students in my class. On each order, I selected the fries option. I set the order to be ready between 11:45 and 11:50 am so I could make it back to school for our special last day of the year class lunch. Unfortunately, the order was not ready until 12:10 pm and so I counted the orders and rushed out to get back to school, as I was already late. When I got back to the school, NONE of the orders had fries. The labels on the 10 orders were unreadable as the heat had turned them all black. So, we couldn't easily figure out who's order was whose and none had fries. In addiiton, the wings were overcooked. Why I will never go back again, is I called to try to get a refund of some of the $158 I had spent ( they added a TIP without me knowing it - even though I was driving to pick up the order!) They offered me a $5 coupon. When I refused, they told me the manager would call. Of course, I have never received a call back.
Very poor handling of this situation. I would not recommend getting wings-to-go from this restaurant.

Wings overcooked and under-sauced. The blue cheese dressing is obviously ranch that they dumped a few nugs of blue in to. An absolute travesty for wing-eaters.

The awesome blossom was cold, never got corn on the cob, the rice was burned and the shrimp for faitas smelled and tasted bad. Had to ask for refills.

What used to be of our favorite places to go for a bite to eat and grab a few drinks has really hit an all time low! It was a quiet afternoon, the bartender was waiting our table "Chloe" - she was too busy flirting with the two young fellas at the bar to check on us or bring us our condiments, let alone the round of drinks we ordered. Therefore we had to ask another helper for our check and when she brought it to us and asked " oh, you 'd like your check?" Yes and a togo box for our cold food! Oh, I am sorry, ya, so are we! Needless to say, we won't be back and she will not forget us or the .05 cent tip she was left! What a shame, place has gone down hill since Leah left!
