Jersey Mike's Subs

Absolutely horrible! 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!! Little to no meat on the subs and for the amount of money my family paid for tonight’s dinner, y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! Never again will we spend our hard earned money in this place ever again!!!

My family drives 40 miles to get your delicious subs,we have them twice a month.It is true ,a sub above best food ever ,keep up the excellent job. 10+ stars,customer service experience is excellent also place is clean.wish we had jersey mikes in Catskill, ny.

Went to Jersey Mike's was closed. How can a subplace be closed? Unreal just shows the way just shows the way this world is what a bullshit place to go

Everything was fantastic! There was no wait and the food was fresh and delicious.

I had an order that said it would be ready at 10:39AM. The employee said I was 45 minutes early and gave me the worst attitude when I asked why. Yikes!

Ordered gluten free sub (gluten allergy) online at 530. Email confirmation that the order will be done at 5:43pm. Went inside and was told they did not start this because it was gluten free and he had to make all the people’s order standing in line first. Approx. 5 customers. I said ok since they make the gluten free differently. Went to my car and waited another 17 minutes until those five customers were served. Went back inside and was told this was not started yet. I said I have been waiting over 30 Minutes at this point. Jersey Mikes Employee responded and said do you want me to make your sandwich and have all these people wait? There was another line of 4-5 new customers and I still had not been helped!!! I said please just make the sandwich even if you have to cross contaminate. He made the sandwich and when I reached for it just dropped it in front of me and walked away.

Paid $20.00+ for a large sub! 20 bucks for gosh sakes!!!! Not much choice of breads, they assumed I wanted white, I did not! The slices of cheese and meats were so thin you could see through them. Okay flavor. Nothing special about this place, wouldn’t recommend or be back!

Just ordered 3 subs from here with uber eats . Ordered a 13 original Italian a 43 chipotle cheese steak and a turkey ham club . The 13 was not as I ordered no mayo on it no hot pepper relish both of which I believe make a the sub . Bread wasn’t fresh very stale . The steak sub didn’t have fresh bread . Very disappointed. I used to think this was the best jersey Mikes in the area but now I have to say one of the worst . I spent 100.00 for crap

Employee's are more busy on there phone to deal with customers and then let people cut in front of other people. Employee's are rude to deal with and unprofessional

My sandwich was not tasty at all. The server was having a hard time making my sandwich 🥪 For the money 💰 it was not worth it 🙃 I would like my money back but I threw out most of the food.

The subs here are delicious & the service is always great!! The tuna sub done Mike's way with extra pepper relish is ridiculously good!!
