Got Discriminated On For Rolling A Joint Of Marijuana.. May I Remind Everyone.. I Was Not Smoking In Store, Weed is Legal In NY State, There Is No Sign Stating No Marijuana Allowed & I Do Have A Medical License... Still, I Was Told To Leave, That Purchasing Customers Only Have 30Mins To Sit After Purchase... Also, I still was digesting my food.. Yet, Many Customers Have Been Here Before, For Hours, Without Being Told To Leave.. So, Why All Of A Sudden, I Get Treated Like This.. Like I'm A Scum or Something Worse.. That Hurts.. I Shouldn't Have To Feel Like This.. Especially In A McDonalds.. Never Had This Issue In Any Other McDonald's Before.. And The Owner Should Be Stripped Of His Ownership.. He's Rude, Very Disrespectful & Is A Power Tripper..

07/03/2024 We stopped into the Feura Bush location to grab some breakfast. We walked to the front counter to place our order and that was where we waited for 10 minutes while EVERY employee (including what I believe was the manager wearing a light blue shirt) in the drivethrough and kitchen area repeatedly looked at us and continued on with their socializing. As we were turning to leave, since we were obviously not important, the light blue shirted lady asked if we needed anything in a manner that also seemed we weren't important and possibly interrupted the social hour.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in existence! Either the employees really don't care about their customers or the employees just don't have enough brain cells to do their job. Worst McDonald's ever!! This place should close down and the owner should be removed from ALL his franchises! Step up management!!

This McDonald’s gets orders wrong 9/10 times on simple orders. Order extra fries instead of apples in a kids meal and you’re sure to get the apples. Order ranch dip and you’ll get honey mustard.
The latest was using the drive through around 1:30pm for two kids meals and a plain hamburger with a slushee, a milkshake, and a fruit drink and we were told to pull over to wait for the drinks. 15 minutes later we got them. The kids had already eaten all their food by that point. :(
