Put in a mobile order and picked it up. Got home, realized we were missing a sandwich. Call the store back to ask for a refund. After putting me on hold three times, I was told I had to get a refund through the app. This is after looking through the app for a refund option. The app says I have to go through the local store. The manager won't let the person on the phone give the name of the manager on duty. According to the manager, I have to make another 25-minute round trip...
The food is decent, but the workers frequently make mistakes and Forget items, sometimes not even doing the full order and saying it's everything when it's only a third of the the order.
