Had a bowl with beans, rice, corn, grilled onions, olives, tofu and ranch dressing. Nice variety and tasted fine. Nachos were included. Tap water is available. Was there just before any lunch rush and the service person was calm and attentive (no one else in line). Cashier did his job. Atmosphere is fast food table, chairs and some benches - adequate. Price was reasonable - $10.99. Selections allow for a vegetarian meal. All the wraps are wheat. Can choose a bowl (no bread) for a gluten free meal.

Put an order in for curbside pickup because I can't walk well. The place was almost empty the entire time we waited and it still took almost a half an hour after the pickup time had already passed. I had to walk in anyway.. the guy working the grill was extremely rude, smirking at my grimace of pain. Turns out they hadn't even started the order, 40 minutes after it had been placed. Again, they had maybe three two tops in the whole place. I saw one other person come in and pick up in the time I was there. Abysmal.

It's fast (southwestern?) cuisine, nothing more, nothing special. I got a junior value meal with white chicken, to which there is a $1 upcharge?!, went over to pay while the guy had turned back to do something else, and all of a sudden my burrito is wrapped up and dropped into my bag. My white chicken, rice and beans burrito, no 'hey do you want anything else on it?' No 'are you all set?' I get customer service is hard, but the employees here usually checked out and are always trying to squeeze you for money at checkout either by these little upcharges, or just making something up (yes, i was charged for free queso on free queso day) and hoping you're the non confrontational type. It's fine, no tip for you and I will avoid this location and their BS games! Oh, and the chips and queso are garbage. Flavorless chips and the queso always has a chunk of cheese in it! Just skip the disappointment!

Moe’s is Moe’s, it’s fast food. Overall this place is fine but when you order online they skimp out on the salsa. They filled up half a little container for my quesadilla and two servings of chips. Confused as to why I have so many chips but I shared with my friends, so no complaints there just wish they gave more salsa. That’s like how much I put on one chip lol. Sometimes the chicken is a little weird with the texture but again it’s fast food.

As far as the food goes, Moe’s is Moe’s. Solid, pretty consistent. My reason for the review today is because the folks working today were amazing. Best service I’ve ever had at Moe’s. They were helpful, polite, and made for an experience enjoyable enough to prompt a review of a restaurant I’ve eaten at dozens of times.

It's absolutely horrible. Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I ordered a bowl with double protein for $18. The person filling my order barely put anything in the bowl. Long story short, I got a double protein bowl that didn't even have as enough protein on it for a regular bowl. Too many other issues the list. As far as i'm concerned, this place is absolute garbage might as well go down the street to chipolte. I hope they close this location or somebody else takes it over.
We had lunch 2 bowls. The chicken was very dry and could tell it was old. The girl helping us was looking like she didn't want to be there. Kinda rude... the length they let food sit in that warmer is way beyond what it should be. Not happy.

Absolutely awful, had to get our burritos remade because they were falling apart and covered in sauce and then the new ones were literally just onions, sauce and jalapeños… this place needs to revamp their entire staff. The location in my town does such a good job so this was extremely disappointing after a long day of driving. Do better, please.
