I was looking for something very filling & “home cooking” like so I went to Panera in Glenmont, NY 😊.
I ordered a “pick 2” with a soup and a salad. The soup was delicious yet the salad was made slightly incorrect. Upon calling the manager and making them aware they had no problem with remaking my salad to my satisfaction.
Thank you Panera!! I’ll definitely be back again! 😊

We own a local business and have regularly picked up a few dozen bagels in the mornings for the staff. Since Bruegger's Bagels in Delmar has closed we have tried to get bagels from the Panera's Glenmont several times. Each time the staff seemed less then happy to help us. Today I thought I will try it again - silly I know. The service technician told me that I would have to wait as there was another order to be filled before me. While I understand this, there were no other customers in the store...which led me to think perhaps it was an order that had come in online. Perhaps this is the new customer service method and I need to adapt..but I simply went to another store. We will not be back.

We always love Panera, but this experience was my best. We are on a family road trip and found this one on our way home. The food is always consistently good at all locations. This one has especially good service. The food came out especially quickly. Even my kids noticed it was a better store than we are used to. Keep up the good work!
