PLEASE do something about the constant state of disarray of the parking lot. The third-party delivery drivers are the problem and ARE representative of your business. SAY SOMETHING TO THEM. They are constantly blocking traffic by putting their hazards on and making up a parking spot.. Maybe have a BPD officer hang out at the lot to give citations? Or possibly you should move your business to a location that can handle the volume of parking you bring in. It just is not fair to anyone trying to visit the other businesses in the strip. On several occasions I have just turned around and gone home due to lack of parking, even when trying to patronize Romo’s! Oh well.

Romo’s New Haven style pizza is an absolute must try. The thin, crispy crust with perfectly balanced toppings makes it a standout. The garlic knots are also a must try, with a fair price! Just a heads up: if you want to experience this pizza at its best, it’s dine in only—worth every bite fresh out of the oven!

Friday evening at 7:30- Just waited 40 minutes IN the pizza shop for an order I placed for a specific pick up time and paid for 2 hours prior on Mealeo. (I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were very busy.) Currently sitting in the parking lot, open my items… pizza, wings, & tenders are completely cold; as my order was just sitting there the whole time because someone “didn’t pull my receipt/ticket” when I checked in on time for pickup. Completely Unacceptable and Very Disappointed!!

Tonight we got a margarita pizza to go sadly it was awful dry no taste kinda like cardboard. We have loved Romos but tonight it was just awful !

If you are gluten free and want a great tasting gf pizza Romo's is the best in area. We got the gf meat lovers and the gf pesto in Detroit style and they were delicious. Also had the gf boneless garlic parm chicken wings and the garlic parm fries. The service here is always good and the atmosphere was just right for an early Saturday dinner.

Had this at pizzafest 2024 was pretty surprised after tasting it that it was only a 7.9 but then I looked into it and it seems like that rating was given on a different pizza. The pizza we had was on par with John's of Bleeker Street. Was one of the best pizzas we had all day. Good stuff.

Parking: Go before lunch time. If tou must, don't hesitate to park in the back or side.
I don't know about the rest of their food but don't order the chicken wings. I got garlic parm wings they were overcooked dried out and 2 of them were cooked with feathers still on them. I won't be going back .threw them out.

Highly recommend! Vinny, our server was on it! He was attentive, warm and enlightening. He made us feel very much at home. The pizza is bar none the BEST in the area! We enjoyed the grandmas Mama Mia which was crisp and light with well rounded flavors. Their pesto is a must try! Homemade a bright which fit the bill on this pizza! Never going anywhere else! Thanks guys ?

I order from here frequently food is amazing but I ordered extra chicken and was charged $5 and didn’t get my extra chicken and they refuse to give a refund. Most definitely won’t be returning here.

Some of the best pizza I have found in the capital region. Very busy on a Friday night with minimal parking. But if you can get in there is a great bar area and a decent amount of seating. Would love to see them get some more locations.
