Drove up 10 minutes before their posted closing time and was curtly told over the drive thru speaker that they were closed. When I asked why they closed 10 minutes early while their drive thru lit up like it was open, I was met with silence. Terrible service.

I got my truck stuck in their drive thru and they could have been nicer while I was freaking out. I was so thankful for their friendly faces while I tried to wrangle two small children. Thank you everyone!

Was very happy went there today around 9:30 AM and got the caramel ribbon crunch which is always made wrong and the girl there made it perfectly. I actually had to inspect the cup several times because I was just so in shock that it was actually made properly with a proper mix of Carmel, nuts, whip cream, and coffee and the food was cooked perfectly . Very very happy this morning.

Whoever was taking the drive thru orders at 253 pm today 22Nov2023 was rude, un professional and nasty. My cup had chocolate all over it , I order a strawberry refresher. When I brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes. I also was left waiting for abt 5 mins and there weren’t any cars in front of me. It was a white woman with brown hair and something that looked hand written on her apron.

I just wanna say how much I love Elijah! He is so controlled when it gets stressful and busy. He is also super sweet and gives amazing service. One time my order didn’t taste how I wanted and he was able to fix it asap and was super respectful about it. Thank you Elijah!

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. The drive thru has a crazy hairpin turn.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! The lady with neck tattoo who was getting orders on the cashier site was very rude and her answer to simple questions was very inappropriate! How come a Starbucks employee behave like that ? it is a shame and will never stop by this Starbucks, again!
