I’ve been a daily Starbucks drinker for years and have been to many different locations. The crew at the glenmont location are the best!
Even though I have a favorite baristas (you know who you are!) everyone is always exceptional.
I appreciate you guys making the start to my days enjoyable!

$4 for an ice black coffee, mostly ice with a smug young man. I ordered a large and they gave me a Dixie cup worth of coffee. Last time i ever go to Starbucks. Going to support small businesses like perfect blend from now on. 🤙

I ordered two Strawberry matcha frappuccino and she only gave me strawberrry I didn't see the matchainside,and I told her you made a mistake. The one I just ordered yesterday was different from yesterday, and she didn't redo it immediately. wait for 5 minutes over there before making it for me, Staff are super rude and not friendly at all!!!!!

Stopped into this Starbucks while working in the area and was genuinely impressed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that made it a great spot to recharge. The staff was friendly and upbeat — they handled a steady stream of customers quickly without making anyone feel rushed. My drink was made perfectly and came out fast, even with a couple of customizations.

There’s plenty of seating inside, and the space feels brighter and more comfortable than a lot of other locations I’ve been to. It also seemed like a popular spot for locals to meet or get some work done, which is always a good sign. Definitely one of the better-run Starbucks I’ve visited in upstate New York. Would absolutely stop by again if I’m in the area.

Baxter “MrRight” Box

Coming from the south, I love horchata, and the new Horchata shaken espresso, … didn’t even “ALMOST” taste like horchata at all. In fact it barely tasted any different from the regular Brown Sugar Shaken., very disappointed

Staff are super rude and not friendly at all!! Went in at noon with a $50 bill and my order came to $14 and they had no change. Only They need new management at this location ASAP!

The person who took the order seemed nice but it was clear later in the day that they gave me regular milk when I asked for oat milk. I was also short changed with my order costing $4.61 and only receiving 12 dollars and change when I gave them a 20$ bill. I also wasn't given a receipt and I was on my way to work so I could not go back to do anything about it.

The absolute worst Starbucks on the face of the planet. This being the only Starbucks drive-thru near us. My fiancé and I patronize this establishment regularly. Almost on a daily basis as it is a convenient stop on my way to work in the morning at 6:30AM. The management here is abhorrent. Eight times out of ten the drinks are made correctly, as we order the same thing every time we go. Twice my fiancé had to return coffees I refused to drink b/c they didn’t taste right. This is a tedious task, b/c he has to drop me off at work and then double back to Starbucks. I know the Starbucks policy is to remake any drink you are unhappy with. It’s a good policy at $7 a drink b/c I don’t need to waste money on something I’m not even going to drink. The last time my fiancé went to return a coffee the manager treated him like he was trying to scam the store by asking to have his coffee remade. The way she spoke to him was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. We usually tip in the drive thru so to insinuate we want anything more than a the correct drinks we paid for is the most offensive and disrespectful thing I’ve ever heard. Anyway after disrespecting us the manager gave us 2 cards that said “$4 off the next drink” which also did not work when we tried to use them at different Starbucks. Why not just refund the price of the drink?
I DO NOT recommend this location. Stay away! I would give ZERO stars if I could.. but instead I’ll just tell you this there is a Starbucks across the street inside Market 32 , it’s not as convenient as the drive-thru, but they get the order right the 1st time.

A winter storm took out most of our towns power last night and the three employees were absolutely swamped- Christina helped me and was like a machine churning out drinks under a lot of pressure. Despite being spread so thin the three employees were all doing great, thank you for your hard work
