We got a sub and a foot long pretzel that was like a brick with no salt or butter!!!!

Caesar chicken wrap had too much mayonnaise asked if the cookies were macadamia nuts. I was told yes, however it was white chocolate chip which I do not like. The girl at the counter was either new or on orientation so another person had to take over. The environment was dirty paper all over the floor. And the glass door was obviously not cleaned for some time. It appeared as if someone spit on the glass. I will not return here. Threw half my wrap away. Needs new managers!

Just moved back into the area. I went to this location to enjoy a nice sandwich several days ago, while I took notes on the job hunting I did that day. The lady there was super nice.
However today, I went back to that location after walking around all morning to complete several job interviews, making sure it wasn't crowded there thinking I could escape from the heat and go over my notes.. I was sharply dressed in business attire in a corner,quiet, peaceful all by myself and it was very slow and not crowded at all there. Sooo many empty seats.
After 25 minutes of composing myself from a stressful day, AND about to order a meal. The older male employee was very rude and kicked me out for not ordering anything. I calmly apologized, explained my situation, and was gathering my things to go. I lost my appetite and respect for that location as soon as I heard "Can I help you?!" in such a rude manner. And I was still getting yelled at with such attitude on my way out. I was calm and respectful the entire time !
Had he approached me in a friendly, professional manner as he should've done, I would've happily comply, been a regular customer, and bring my professional colleagues there too. Never in my professional years at any establishment was I treated in such a lowly rude way..
Suffice to say Subway WAS my favorite go-to place. However, I am never going back to that establishment ever again and I told my colleagues to never go there..

Place an order at 12:50 was supposed to be done by 1:15 PM order was still being made was done until 123 walked in there. He said that he was preparing the order so I said OK that’s fine as he was making the order I noticed that the subs were very sloppy messy. He didn’t even put the knife in there so that it was even down and it was just a big it’s just a big sloppy mess and he was very rude. I asked him if he could remove some of the stuff and he continue to just wrap the subs and said, do you see that I have a whole bunch of customers I can’t do anything about it basically and continue to wrap the subs as they are a mess. He has no customer service. He’s very unprofessional and he shouldn’t even have a job there. To be honest. I just emailed corporate. I’m waiting for a call back.!!SENDING THEM PICTURES OF THIS SLOPPY MESS! Chopped up tomatoes super soggy. lettuces old foods going straight to the trash. And the bread was not toasted!! STAY AWAY FORM THIS SUBWAY WHEN HES WORKING!

Worse experience ever. Ordered online, went to the restaurant and my order was not there, they said they were not receiving orders online. Not provide even a phone number to request a refund. They charged me for the my sandwich, didn’t receive it, no refund, not even a phone number to contact:

Yikes, I never thought I would be disgusted by eating at Subway, I usually order grilled chicken and what I got was filled with nerves and dark brown spots. I guess Subway in Canada is far more superior… The soft drink fountain only had 3-4 options available, everything else was out of stock. The only bathroom was so filthy it seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in months.

Sometimes you just want something familiar. Not a huge fan of chain delis but glad I stopped at this Glenmont location. It was lunch time, with about 8 people in front of me and the 2 ladies running the show, sure did! I was next within minutes. Keep up the great work.
