I recommend the jumbo teas when available! they are amazing if you drink a lot! Untamed Nutrition is very reliable and healthy! I go everyday and they never make me unsatisfied!!!!

Very mediocre. Was looking for a healthy shake or smoothie after a workout. Most of the menu is composed of sugary shakes. Got two different ones, a “Bakery” shake and a coffee shake. Tasted artificial and cheap. Employee informed me they use instant coffee for the coffee shakes, we could tell, tasted super weak. No fruits at all in the store.
Bare across the street is much better.

I guess they leave early? Got to the shop at 4:15, says the close at 5. Waste of a 25 minute drive.
Stopped in while doing some shopping in the area. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I have been to a lot of the clubs in the Capital District and across the state, it is very spacious with lots of great seating to sit and chat with a very friendly atmosphere. Love the availability of teas and the Holiday menu!!

I’m done coming here….always making a special trip here during the day to get a tea, when Facebook and Google says the shop is open, to a closed shop with the lights off……extremely frustrating that the hours cannot be updated appropriately… I think I’m done wasting my time here… new ownership did nothing…..

New ownership said hours were 9-3 on Sundays, and promised they would be open when they claimed to be open- another time where I pulled up on a Sunday at 240pm and all of the lights were off, door was locked! I guess not much has changed here with new ownership. Really disappointed!! Hours are never reliable. :(

I've never been in here before, I'm always working out at the planet fitness next door, so today I decided to stop in and give it a try. The inside was very clean with some tables you can sit at to enjoy your shakes. I was surprised at how big the menu was with so many options for shakes and teas. The young lady behind the counter was polite and patient as I was trying to figure out what I wanted. I chose the strawberry short cake protein shake, which was delicious and refreshing. My wife got the Timmy the tornado tea, which was also delicious. I got both drinks in the regular size, which came out to $13.75, which is not bad for the quality and taste of the drinks. I will definitely be back to try more flavors
