Very mediocre. Was looking for a healthy shake or smoothie after a workout. Most of the menu is composed of sugary shakes. Got two different ones, a “Bakery” shake and a coffee shake. Tasted artificial and cheap. Employee informed me they use instant coffee for the coffee shakes, we could tell, tasted super weak. No fruits at all in the store.

Bare across the street is much better.

Stopped in while doing some shopping in the area. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I have been to a lot of the clubs in the Capital District and across the state, it is very spacious with lots of great seating to sit and chat with a very friendly atmosphere. Love the availability of teas and the Holiday menu!!

I've never been in here before, I'm always working out at the planet fitness next door, so today I decided to stop in and give it a try. The inside was very clean with some tables you can sit at to enjoy your shakes. I was surprised at how big the menu was with so many options for shakes and teas.
