Ordered online before I headed home from work. When I got to the drive thru, the woman at the window tried to hand me two lemonades. I didn't order that and told her I had a cherry coke. She gave me the cherry coke and the bag with the correct carry out tag on the bag. No problem. When I got home, I open the bag and I am missing a double stack and the spicy chicken sandwich. I understand that orders get messed up sometimes, but this wasn't close. I also wouldnt be as upset if my order was remotely close and I wouldn't be out at least $10 of food. I'm not sure what the process is to check online orders, but something needs to change to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I recently ordered from Wendy’s and found the customer service to be efficient and straightforward. However, I was quite disappointed to discover a piece of hair in my food. It would be helpful if there were a standard requiring staff to wear hairnets while handling food.
The bathrooms stunk so bad I puked walking in. Had to ask for straws and ketchup. Was not a good time.

the managers husband had halfbof his hody on top of the counter mind u after he god up she didint sanatize it i waiting 20 min for 2 meals try to trow my trash away but they havent even empy them lobby trash it fill to the top
