Second time visiting this location. I have been before and had a phenomenal experience. Maybe due to the fact that I was there with lunch staff. I went there yesterday with the friends. It was an okay experience. The food was super fresh, hot and good. However. Our waitress was super condescending and just totally passive aggressive . At one point the manager served our food which and was waiting on us. Which I thought was weird since it was already 9:30is and there was barely anyone there. Once our food was served there were small things such as not wanting some nachos that my friend never touched due to them being not great. The server still made us pay for them. It seemed like everything we asked for was not allowed. Lastly, we were sitting awhile . The server never came back to check in on us or ask if we wanted the bill. We had to flag down the manager and he send the server . Overall. The experience was mediocre. I am going to give this place another try and hopefully it’s better the 3rd time

I was sitting at the bar, the bartender didn't acknowledge me. I had to ask for a menu. I had to ask what the specials were. The drinker I ordered didn't come as it usually comes.

While applebees is always fine eating in, it's worse than a 50/50 shot whether your to-go order will be correct or not. We've ordered to-go a few times, often with items missing from our meals, but one time we got two quesadilla salads and they were both given the wrong chicken and were missing everything else aside from the dressing and quesadillas. When we contacted applebees about this they said they'd give us a gift card to make up for the incorrect order but we never received it. I sent a followup email a few weeks after they said I'd get a gift card in my email and they never responded.TLDR: in person is fine, do not order to go. Management will not give you a gift card or anything for a messed up order

I got THE CLASSIC COMBO WAS VERY OVERDONE. WE WERE SO UPSET. I DON'T KNOW WHO. YOUR COOK IS. I WOULD NEVER SERVE A MEAL LIKE THAT. NEVER GET A ORDER
As a worker when I first started they trained me every other day for 2 days a week of training. when my training was done they scheduled me my first month of work was for 3 days I was working 5 + hours with nothing coming into my paycheck but only earning tips. The tips I’ve earned was the same amount as my paycheck $20 I was working hard being under pressure and I didn’t feel like I was an employee though out my experience I’ve asked all the managers to help me with getting on the schedule more so I can be more productive in my workplace but I was always left with a different answer and nothing was resolved. When I felt like it was my last day when I was finally scheduled after weeks of begging I was treated like an outcast by my supervisors they didn’t take me seriously if I needed assistance but I was determined on working there because it’s so close and I’m trying to expand my career In hopefully becoming a better employee after learning it just didn’t seem they had room for expansion.

Server was attentive for how busy the restaurant was, but our order was incorrect, and fries were undercooked and lukewarm at best. Burgers were decent but not for 15 dollars. First time going to Applebee's, I'll stick to Chillis.

The waiter was horrible, not attentive at all. The food was overcooked. Overall, I am very unhappy. Honestly, when we walkedin we decided if it wasn't good tonight (again), we wouldn't be back. They sealed the deal. We love going out for dinner and do it often, but I don't think we will be back anytime soon and definitely not in Glenville. I'm sorry for the poor review, but it needed to be said.
