Probably the worst burrito I've had told the girl twice what to put in it and she still messed it up, not to mention the place was a mess with hardly customers food prep area a mess. Terrible

Normally our family loves chipotle and usually don’t have an issue with their meat portions. Not sure what changed or if it’s just location but my last order today was unbelievably skimpy on the meat!!! I got barbacoa tacos and there was maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of meat in each taco. The double meat chicken bowl was barely a regular serving of meat! Disappointing to say the least. Do not recommend this location.

So I’m doing a DoorDash order the other day and an older lady employee with shoulder length hair tells me to stand somewhere but isn’t very specific so of course I end up standing in the wrong spot and she gets snarky with me for absolutely no reason

We have had small issues over the years of them being open but lately it has been unacceptable. My last order had so much sour cream on it you could have considered it a soup. I got comped a meal because of this. We then ordered again tonight with our free meal. Still had to pay money for other items, pick up our order and it was completely wrong. Our orders were typed out correctly on our tips- my husband’s literally said burrito on it and we were given a bowl. My order was correct on the top then to open it and it not have one single ingredient that I ordered in it. We then complain again and get one free meal again. So at this point we have paid two times and they have been horrible. To then just get comped one more meal. Terrible when we have had 3 horrible meals at this point. Giving this place a break for a while as they clearly don’t know what they are doing.

Over promise and under deliver. I was promised my meal at 1240. I arrived and waited and waited some more while other customers entered and completed orders. I spoke with staff and there was no apology or even basic courtesy. This was a VERY different experience from other Chipotles I have been to.

Done with this location after the fourth time in a row of pretty much lukewarm or cold food It should not be cold from the time I cash out at the register and sit to eat inside. overcooked peppers that have a nasty char on them. And I pretty much go during lunchtime every time I wish there was some consistency and quality control with Chipotle it definitely varies from location to location..

Dietary restrictions: Yes just have to tell them and if it's severe they sometimes will have you wait a little bit to get things fresh from grill or prep
Parking: Also have a chipotle - lane easy drive through pick up
Kid-friendliness: Yes it's kid friendly menu options and seating
Wheelchair accessibility: I think 🤔 it is but honestly might be one curb before you get into the door , a bit narrow but accessible.

Got a burrito tonight, my usual order. When I took my first bite of it my mouth started to become on fire, I had a mouth full of spicy peppers. Which I did not order!!! I almost passed out from the spice. Really disappointed

Never been more insulted in my life when I walked in this place. I am blind in one eye and wear a patch and this employee asked if I was trying to be a pirate. Are you kidding me!! I am definitely reaching out to the civil liberties union! He’s lucky I didn’t smack him!! If the counter wasn’t between us I would’ve!!
It's a bit frustrating to not get a properly made order and very underportioned compared to what we usually get.

So I had order a burrito bowl about an hour ago and I ordered it with brown rice, steak, guac,sour cream and cheese. It was delivered and what I got was a burrito bowl with no rice burnt brisket and like 2 pieces of steak. Then also some peppers and onions that I didn’t order. I did get the guacamole, sour cream and cheese. Tried calling the store and that was no help. I would’ve settled for a refund then bringing something that a person didn’t order.

Food is almost always on point, they try to short you food but when you call them out they fill your bowl. Service is mid, but overall definitely one of the better Chipotle's in the area.

Parking: Small location with a parking lot to match. During busy times, finding an empty spot is quite difficult. Ordering takeout might be your best bet. They also have a drive-thru for pick-up access.
