Staph extremely rude over speaker giving attitude when asking for my order which was for 3 children and two adults. Stated ājesus Christā loudly after order was complete and the entire time I was at the window stated how āsheās not the one to be played with talking crap over speaker Iāll come out and handle itā after I stated I could hear her complaining. Maybe you should consider who youāre hiring to deal with customers because clearly she was not meant to be customer facing

What a waste of money. I got the cookie butter drink at 2 other locations and it was SO GOOD!! I decided to go to this freemanās bridge location, it tasted nothing like the cookie butter cold brew. There was no cookies barely any cold foam and they didnāt feel the need to let me know before I actually paid and got the drink, they were bitter and didnāt taste how itās supposed to AT ALL Iām so disappointed Iāll order from that location again
