Staph extremely rude over speaker giving attitude when asking for my order which was for 3 children and two adults. Stated “jesus Christ” loudly after order was complete and the entire time I was at the window stated how “she’s not the one to be played with talking crap over speaker I’ll come out and handle it” after I stated I could hear her complaining. Maybe you should consider who you’re hiring to deal with customers because clearly she was not meant to be customer facing

What a waste of money. I got the cookie butter drink at 2 other locations and it was SO GOOD!! I decided to go to this freeman’s bridge location, it tasted nothing like the cookie butter cold brew. There was no cookies barely any cold foam and they didn’t feel the need to let me know before I actually paid and got the drink, they were bitter and didn’t taste how it’s supposed to AT ALL I’m so disappointed I’ll order from that location again

Drive through lady was nasty, my husband ordered a large coffe and ask for a extra cup. We didn't ask for a fred cup but she was nasty and rude about the extra cup. Horrible customer service

I go for a simple decaf ICED peppermint mocha latte, I recieve a Luke warm hot drink with caffeine, not what I ordered. This has happened two times where the staff just doesn't listen and never gets orders right.

Drive-Thru person was rude, borderline nasty, the lady at the window was a smidge better in attitude. My husband and I were just passing through on our way to a car dealership, he got a very simple medium hot with 2 cream 1 sugar. It was lukewarm & I kid you not it tasted like coffee-flavored water. It was horrible. Gas Station coffee would have been cheaper & better than this. My muffin was good, my ice coffee was decent.

My coffee was 3.77 gave the person 3.80$ idk what the dude did with my money but somehow was missing a dollar and tried to tell me I didn’t have enough. After I counted my money 3 times before handing it to him. He had 2$ and my change idk if he dropped my dollar but I have never had an issue with DD and I go to other locations all the time. Will. NEVER again go to this location just horrible that someone would take a dollar from someone or not even bother looking for it after it was clearly their mistake. Will never go here horrible customer service. The person did not even care.
