I ordered a large salad for delivery and received the smallest amount of dressing and toppings imaginable. I could not enjoy this salad and had to use my own ingredients at home to enhance it. Noone should have to do that when ordering out. I would not recommend this establishment to others.

I work in food service, so I’m usually pretty understanding—but this Panera just can’t seem to get it right. Something’s always missing, wrong, or just totally forgotten.
At this point, it’s kind of impressive how consistently off the mark they are. I just want a smoothie and a sandwich without a plot twist.

Me and my house mate both spent a night split between stuff coming out one end, followed by the other after eating here. They need to figure out their food safety practices, because something went wrong. Had to throw out most of what we ordered from fear it would provoke additional illness.
Food is good, but portions are smaller. Also, if you don't tip they will knock you down on the monitor. I had to wait on an order for over 10 minutes as I saw a few others get orders first that came after me. I can't tip at a fast food restaurant.

Unfortunately the food is being prepared sloppy lately. New bagel sandwich with steak came with 2 tiny pieces of steak that you could eat in half a bite. Remainder of sandwiches either over sauced or wrapped to go in a very sloppy manor. Clearly a training issue. Will update review when we start seeing a change.

This review is specific to the Glenridge Road location, Glenville NY. The drive- thru experience is continually worsening. 1 window for payment, food, and beverage, and practically never are they utilizing the drive- thru "waiting area". Quite frequently, regardless of the time of day, there are multiple cars in the drive- thru line, often being a 10-15 minute wait. Going inside is no better when the line is to the door. Proper customer service & customer convenience need to be the priority!

This place used to be great but over the past year or so the quality has gone down the drain. Between receiving a steak sandwich with 90% fat and 10% meat, watery soup, getting a grilled cheese with the butt end of the bread, and sandwiches put together extremely sloppy... I get anxiety when ordering from here now. I just don't know if it's going to be good or not.
