Food is good, but portions are smaller. Also, if you don't tip they will knock you down on the monitor. I had to wait on an order for over 10 minutes as I saw a few others get orders first that came after me. I can't tip at a fast food restaurant.

Unfortunately the food is being prepared sloppy lately. New bagel sandwich with steak came with 2 tiny pieces of steak that you could eat in half a bite. Remainder of sandwiches either over sauced or wrapped to go in a very sloppy manor. Clearly a training issue. Will update review when we start seeing a change.

This review is specific to the Glenridge Road location, Glenville NY. The drive- thru experience is continually worsening. 1 window for payment, food, and beverage, and practically never are they utilizing the drive- thru "waiting area". Quite frequently, regardless of the time of day, there are multiple cars in the drive- thru line, often being a 10-15 minute wait. Going inside is no better when the line is to the door. Proper customer service & customer convenience need to be the priority!

This place used to be great but over the past year or so the quality has gone down the drain. Between receiving a steak sandwich with 90% fat and 10% meat, watery soup, getting a grilled cheese with the butt end of the bread, and sandwiches put together extremely sloppy... I get anxiety when ordering from here now. I just don't know if it's going to be good or not.

Had an absolutely horrible experience last night through Panera delivery where the food never arrived and then Panera kept telling me to contact DoorDash and DoorDash kept telling me to contact Panera. I had the original order reordered over the phone by DoorDash and then had to have that cancelled because the store ended up closing. I had to call back DoorDash and they told me once again to contact Panera - the number given to me redirected me to the Glenville store again where the woman who was working at the time told me again that I have to contact DoorDash ... then I could hear her talking with a coworker, giggling and saying I was "bugging out over DoorDash" and then they hung up on me. I called back twice and they ignored my call. I had to call DoorDash back and they gave me a completely different number to call than the previous agent had and I had to wait until this morning to finally call that number and get my refund. Rude workers. I will never order from them again and will proceed to the Balltown Road location in the future.

I stopped coming to the glenville location but decided to give them another chance today....sat in drive thru for ten minutes for a cup of soup and a turkey bacon bravo not only was the wait long but there was no bacon on the sandwich. ITS LITERALLY IN THE NAME.

Expensive. Small portions. Food mediocre. Order was messed up. No chicken on a chicken Caesar salad. Soup bole was 60 percent bread. Steak sandwich had some quality steak. There was not enough of it on the sandwich. Very little peppers and onions. Peppers were too sweet. Ruined the sandwich.

It's a tough blow to order something, really look forward to it and leave a tip but the staff still gets it wrong, kinda feels like they voided it on purpose.

This Panera bread is awful. The staff are so easily overwhelmed. My sandwich sat in front of the oven for a solid 14 minutes while I stood in line waiting to be called & when I asked if the sandwiches in the question were mine, the girl barely responded. I got to enjoy spongey, wet, steam logged bread when I got home (only 5 minutes away). Should have just gone to McDonads. At least I would have known the expectation was disappointment. It was a pleasure to spend $25 on your particular brand of disappointment. Waste of GD money.

Took 25 minutes after arrival to pick up pre-ordered meal. Do what most other places do and have people park and take their meals out to them if preparation time will not be quick.
