Hire more people! There is zero balance between online orders and walk ins.No matter what, you are waiting longer than should be. 1 person working, they get backed up, and the employee gets overwhelmed. Not fair to both

They are constantly giving me the wrong stuff and I have to ask them multiple times to put more veggies on they give like two veggies. Terrible place.

One of the Worst subway experiences ever. Ordered two the signature subs. Absolutely no meat on it. The bread wasn’t baked correctly since it was skinny, the other subs were the same. No meat, sloppy and just pathetic to be a subway sandwich that’s advertised . Same owner that owns most in Glenville they accept no coupons. This owner has been the same for years. Figured after so long we would try again. Never will.

Dirty, spiders, webs and ants in corners of areasTheir "solution" to ants is to spray all the corners with vinegar, which the store will reek of for a whileThey were light on the toppingsNot a great atmosphereMen's toilet wobbles and seat not properly securedOwner not friendly, doesn't really interact with customers, I've seen him attempt to toast a sandwich right before the customer stated they didn't want it toasted (It was a custom sandwich, not even a melt)Haven't seen him ever wash his handsI'm friends with a female ex-employee, and she said they were taught to clean the oven handles in an inappropriate motionAlso been told on at least one occasion the owner was told it unexplainably smelled of bleach and he did nothing about itSame friend was also sick once with Covid and the manager tried to get them to come in with the idea of LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN FOR CIRCULATIONDOES NOT ACCEPT ANY COUPONSOnly at stores that this person ownsOther known stores include the one in the Glenville Walmart Supercenter, and the one on Freemans Bridge RoadAlmost any other Subway in the Schenectady area alone accept coupons, with the occasional exclusion of one or two couponsGo to any other Subway

Walked in last minute with my kids and the associate was more than happy to help us even though it was closing time. Made the aubs perfectly to order and everything was as good as expected

Nice location and the employees are very kind. Always willing to go an extra step if you ask them nicely!I will say though, I went on a Friday night and there seemed to only be one worker there during a dinner rush. I felt bad for her, but she was a great worker all the same. Expect to wait if you go in at peak times, but please don't be mad at the employee. As someone who used to work food service, being on the line alone is rough. Order online if you can.

I had got a foot long veggie delight flatbread and there was mold on my bread I called and call no answer this place should be shut down very disappointed
