Think this is at least the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gone there today and it’s been the same every single time. The one woman who works there and has for a while is extremely rude and short for absolutely no reason. Now they have a new woman working there who has just as much if not more attitude than the other one. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to change her gloves because of a food allergy, was not listening to what I was telling her to put on my sub and smothered it in something I didn’t want then wouldn’t make a new Sandwitch and just scraped the unwanted dressing off. I could still taste it in my sub. Seemed like she couldn’t understand what I was asking for? Maybe it was a language barrier but like come on…ya know? Then they started speaking to each other in a different language about me, a language I actually know and they said pretty rude things about changing the gloves and me being picky because of it. No, it’s a food allergy. THEN they also run the Auntie Ann’s (Which I will be copying and pasting this review there as well) and they wouldn’t make any more pretzel bites even tho I said I’d wait. They only had one small cup left. Just overall terrible experiences every time I’ve gone here. It’s convenient because it’s right in the Walmart and it seems clean, but that’s the only good thing about it. The workers are TERRIBLE in customer service!!!!!!!

The two cashiers making the subs were as clueless as ever. I asked them if they knew what kind of dressing was on the oven roasted chicken and both women had no idea. And when it came time to make the subs the one girl chose to put peppers on the sub and I had said no to peppers. Overall bad experience at this subway in the Glenville Walmart subway. The one in Amsterdam was nicer.

Employees are very rude and disrespectful and lazy took three employees 25 minutes to just get to the counter to help me and throwing my food around and acting like they don't care I will not be back

This is a great location, located within the Glenville Walmart and it's nice to have either at the beginning, middle or end of your trip. It's also convenient for the Walmart employees and others nearby. The service has always been quick, friendly and well handled, since I've been coming to this Subway. And the addition of an Auntie Anne's is an added bonus. I was somewhat surprised that the dining area was empty, besides one other person and myself. But then again, it was about mid morning and I'm sure not too many people think of coffee at Subway, like I happened to be today. Haha 😅 But I just ordered a simple cup of black coffee, this time and it was good, bold and got the job done. Don't let the madhouse that can be Walmart get to ya. Keep up the good work!

There were one customer in the line and the employee didn’t even cared. He was talking on the phone for five minutes. After done with him he was very rude to me and didn’t care what I’m saying. Very worst customer service ever.

Worst subway in the US. Never been to subway that can’t make a proper wrap the wrap was folded like a piece of paper two pieces of vegetables not much meat and no proper customer service. What a horrible experience if I wanted bad food I could have just gone to McDonald’s or taco bell.

On 3/4/23 I noticed a gentleman walk in with a non service animal inside his shopping cart..and not one employee enforced the rule ..disgusting in every way and I tried calling customer service..what a joke..complaints have to be done on line and I tried calling the Glenville walmart subway..and a rude employee answered.. I am definitely not going back to that location.

I ordered at your Subway this morning and ordered the coldcut trio, run through the garden, oil vinegar, s/p. Around 10:30am. I didn't get the young ladies name but she mesmerized me while she "COMPOSED" this beautiful, and delicious-in the end SANDWICH ?. She seemed to really enjoy making this sandwich. Great conversation with her. I felt comfort and ease. Please figure out who she was. Man! BEST EXPERIENCE AT SUBWAY!!! Excellent job ?
