I’m always on a diet and I can go to Wendy’s and get a salad and chicken and it’s delicious!! Then I stay on target for weight lost!! No one else has salads anymore bc their salads were not as good!!

Placed a pick up order tonight, partner brought it back home, and when I went to eat the two chicken BLT sandwiches I ordered they were not chicken patties. I thought I made a mistake and selected as an option for my order, thats not the case. $6 for chicken less sandwiches.

Not worthy of 1 star.....yet. Atmosphere was uninviting and uncomfortable. It's like they don't want to cater to dine in type of people. Absolutely no one was inside eating. Chairs were turned up on tables, AT DINNER TIME!!! I don't know why these failing fast food franchises think they need to be a conveyor belt operation of making food and moving you along without one thought to quality, brand identity, or customer satisfaction. Wendy's is no longer something I associate with quality fast food, if there is such a thing. The food few notches down on the quality scale lately. Fries were under done. Burger was meh and dry. I'm sorry to say, but I see why Wendy's might not exist in he next few years.

When I have my grandchildren they like to go Wendy's or McDonald's. Tonight is my last time taking them to Wendy's. Their food has just become consistently terrible! Dried up old burgers, stale fries and on one occasion they put spicy nuggets in my granddaughters kids meal. If a 0 rating was an option that's what I would give them.
