I have been to Delancey's many times over the years and usually are very happy with the experience. This last visit was a different story. We were seated and noticed they renovated since our last time. The decor has a more stark and rustic feel and the comfy chairs were gone, replaced with wooden ones. The brown-beige color scheme is drab and needs so color to "pop". After seated we told the waitress separate checks. She came back to tell us they don't do separate checks anymore. Really? We were 2 couples not a party of 10 individual. The menu's changed a bit but prices have increased 10-20%. When we got our food stemming from burgers to a chicken tortellini dish, the flavors were just ok. The tortellini was over cooked and my Delancey's chicken dish was overcooked slightly. Burgers would have been the better choice but their are 3 other Goshen restaurants with better ones for $2.00-$5.00. It will be a while before we go back and we might sit at 2 separate tables, order, and then sit together.

Many many years ago I grew up in Goshen, NY. This was the Steak & Brew in 1975. Now all these years later, I'm back in Goshen going to my old stomping grounds. How could you not stop in to Delancey Street. The Historical Hamiltonian Racetrack track, oldest in America! The amazing Trotters Museum such a tribute so many beautiful horses trainers, what history. Playing the piano & singing with all our friends from Goshen High School, 1975, 1976. The memories that were made at Delancey's before it WAS are still there...Were going home for a reunion this summer to be grateful and enjoy the place where we grew up, it was a blessing to have this as our hometown and a place that still here with us today with such great food, great fun, right on the track! Delancey Restaurant, WE LOVE U? Come home to Goshen or visit for the first time but make sure you stop in Delancey HAVE A DRINK, ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL MEAL, OR THEIR AWARD-WINNING WING'S. Sport's Bar, Event's parties. It's all there for you ???????? ???

The 5 stars is for the atmosphere. Great ambiance and crowd here every time. Views of the race track you can see riders doing laps. Food underwhelming. Specifically the fries. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I had my baby shower at Delancey’s two weeks ago and it truly perfect! We had the event in the banquet room and the whole team at Delancey’s set up the room exactly how I envisioned. The food was absolutely delicious. All of the guests were raving about all of the food options and the yummy taste. I highly recommend Delancey’s for your next event or meal!

Went here for Valentine’s Day this past week and the food and service couldn’t have been better! However I had placed reservations online for Valentine’s Day just a few days after Christmas which when placed specified I had a table for 2, when I came in I was told by the hostess my reservation was for the bar, like who makes reservations for the bar? I however was given a table but perhaps the online reservation system should be looked over if that’s how it comes in on their computer to avoid future issues with other customers

Service was beyond horrible. Slowest service ever. Dont know how people can be this bad. I told the fake manager Oscar about it he did nothing just like a bum manager. What a trash place dont go and dont speak to oscar. I wouldn’t hire him even to work a hotdog stand.
Starts with can't finding your reservation, then 10 minutes to be seated in a near empty dining room. Appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive at table. Burger was a patty with cold fries!

Went out for a lovely meal tonight and stumbled across one of goshen hidden gems the Wings are hands down the best I ever had .. the service was awesome our waitress (name on ticket) Elizabeth was very nice and made sure everything was great.. if you are ever thinking about eating in goshen this is the place to go!! Thanks for a lovely experience we will be back!!

The waitress greeted us and took the drink orderwhen we came in and then we never saw her again. We finally complained and over 1/2 hour later she took our food order. It took a long time to get our food. All together it took over an hour from when we came in to when we got our food. And this was lunch time- not crowded. The waitress never came over to give us more water or ask if we needed anything. We were short glasses and silverware. We ordered bricks and chips which more aptly describes their fish and chips. Please- save your 18 Dollars and order something else . The burgers were good , and the wraps were fine -nothing special, but fine. We had seven people and most of the food was ok. I was never offered a refill on coffee and we were not offered dessert. All in all a very disappointing family lunch.

We're not even out of the restaurant yet and I couldn't wait to rave about this place! The atmosphere is great, the staff is beyond amazing & the food is beyond delicious! The wings were incredible, the pizza like you stepped into a mom & pop in Brooklyn, and the Eggplant Rollitini...like I'm sitting in my Aunts Kitchen in Italy! If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! Love finding hidden gems like this while away on vacation!
