The waitress was nice and helpful. The decor interesting and clean. We were waited on quickly. Likely because it was 4pm and we were the only patrons. But the food …mediocre. Ordered tacos ($16x2). Thought this high-end looking restaurant would do a taco dish far better. The forgot ingredients on mine and on my friends plate. Mine they forgot the cheese. Waitress hustled to accommodate once we mentioned it to her. We both ordered shredded beef and it was tasteless and tough. I hate to leave a bad review -Sorry we won’t be back.

The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the decor was clean and interesting. We were served quickly—likely because it was around 4 p.m. and we were the only guests at the time. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered two taco plates ($16 each), expecting more from such an upscale-looking restaurant. Both dishes were missing ingredients—mine didn’t even have cheese. The waitress was quick to fix it once we pointed it out, which we appreciated. However, the shredded beef was tough and lacked flavor. I really hate to leave a negative review, but overall, the meal just didn’t meet expectations.

We recently visited Hacienda Restaurant with a very large wedding party, and the experience was flawless. The staff handled our group with such grace—they were incredibly prompt, kind, and understanding despite the size of our group.
Even with so many people, the food came out perfectly cooked and hot for everyone. The menu is truly authentic, and the prices offer great value for the quality you receive.
The atmosphere is inviting, but most importantly, it was easy to have conversations without feeling overwhelmed. Easy parking was the final bonus that made our entire visit seamless. Hacienda is a gem in Goshen, and we had an absolutely great experience!

I ordered my meal to go I haven’t eaten all day being stuck at work and my delivery was horrible I can’t believe they served that to their customers who pay good money to eat a good meal. I’m very disappointed in the quality of dried out cold food with delivery being less than a mile. It’s not right I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place and I’m a food critic. Shame on you hacienda for your poor food and customer service my side of sour cream was also bad. Simple meal ordered and it was the worse meal I’ve seen in a long time.

Had an amazing lunch today. The guacamole was definitely my favorite. Fresh, & flavorful. Left overs had me covered for dinner. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve been here, and the food is just as good as I remember it back then. Service was wonderful as well. I can’t wait to go back.

Great place for friendly service and great Mexican food. My son really liked that they give you a small quesadilla per person as an appetizer. That with a side of rice and beans became his meal. The decor and atmosphere are well done. The staff was friendly and attentive. If you're going to Legoland, come here to eat instead!

Waitress Greta was super friendly and made great recommendations. Portions were huge, food made fresh. The torre sinaloa was stacked high. It lacked seasoning but with the number of ingredients it almost didn't matter, they all played well together. I was surprised to see imitation crabmeat as opposed to real, though. The filet mignon and hanger steak were huge and the smoked poblano sauce was great. Where they fell short was the beef tacos, no seasoning and hard, yet soggy corn taco shells. Table side guacamole and singing were a nice touch.

I visited Hacienda recently and was really let down by the food. It tasted like it had been reheated from the freezer, which is not what I expected. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he seemed defensive rather than receptive to my feedback. I made it clear that I would pay for my meal, but I wanted to let them know that I won't be returning. The only highlight was the fresh guacamole, which was delicious, but it wasn’t enough to redeem the overall experience.
