Best BBQ in Orange County hands down. The Up In Smoke Cocktail was perfect, not too spicy or smokey. From the butter to the ribs, everything was fresh and homemade. Nachos are definitely a must have. Huge portions too! The full rack will happily feed 2. Also the vibe is cool; good music along with really engaging servers. Love this place! New go to spot for sure.

We ordered St Louis ribs and half a smoked chicken. The meal started with some tasty little squares of cornbread and honey butter. I usually like my cornbread a little sweeter and moisture, but this bread was piping hot , and the butter oozed in to create delicious little morsels. My ribs were tender and delicious... and plentiful. I ordered the half rack and gave my husband two. His smoked chicken was so moist, with just the right amount of smokiness. The fries were hot and crispy, the Mac and cheese was loaded with melty cheese, and the baked beans had a spicy taste that paired will with the rest of the meal. Our server, Jacob, was friendly and eager to help us enjoy our meal. He was attentive without interfering with our "couple time". This meal followed a 9 hour drive from Virginia to New York much of it in the rain. We were delighted that the presentation, delivery, and taste of our meals helped us relax and enjoy the evening.

Being from the south (Florida), I have to say this place is definitely in the top 5 BBQ places I have ever been to. Great staffing, great food, great prices. No real southern iced t but that's too be expected in NY lol. But seriously, check this place out. The owner Johnny was kind enough to come introduce himself. He was very polite and thankful. Give this place a gander.

The food was AMAZING! And it came very quickly. The environment was clean and really unique! Our kids loved it too. Can't wait to go back to try out the bar! And the owner is super nice! 5/5!

First time at this place since it’s been open . Was excited at first , but was reminded that the few times we drove by on a weekend night the parking lot was empty , should have been a hint . Anyway gave it a shot , yes help local businesses. Wait staff was nice but the waitress was very young and did not seem experienced . First thing she says is “ we are sold out of pulled pork” it was 6:15 pm . Good thing we weren’t pulled pork fans. We ordered the brisket meal , short ribs and a Mac and cheese . The brisket was so dry , seemed like it was sitting around for awhile . The corn bread sides all came wrapped in plastic wrap , dead give away that they were not fresh and refrigerated. The short ribs basically smelled awful , 2 bites and couldn’t finish . The Mac and cheese was nothing special . 3 people ate dinner - 2 left hungry , 1 left sick to their stomach. We helped a local business, won’t be returning . This is a review in the review section …. Not complaints

I thought I should give it a try since it's new in town. Waitress was really nice. There was hair in my food rather then complaining . I just didn't eat my meal. Ribs was ok. Wings are good. I'm happy I gave it a try but will not be going back. I'm not big on barbecue

It's average.. I had the ribs and the flavor was ok. But the meat should be falling off the bone and it was actually a little tough. Brisket should also be softer.

The tate of the food is one to crave, not a regular for me but one that needs to be visited when I crave BBQ. Their approach to it is one to blow all other smoke houses out of tge water. I would recommend it to anyone ?
