Fantastic service all around. Hot, delicious food, wonderful bakery. The gentleman who waited on us for desert, amazing. 20/10 will recommend. Shout out for the black and white cookies, the many options that are well executed and delicious.

I walked in this morning and grabbed two drinks. Went up to menu and found what I wanted to order. Put my drinks on the counter. The woman behind the counter ignored me and the 50 to 60 years old guy (maybe the owner) came out from behind the counter and asked a seated customer a question and ignored me. I stood there for another minute. Still zero acknowledgment (and I was the only one at the counter) and then still ignored. So I returned my drinks to the refrigerator and left. And get this ! I am sitting out front on one of their tables and one of the workers comes running out and says Excuse me ! I thought she was talking to me…..nope ! She ran after some lady on the sidewalk. When she returned - she walked by and ignored me ! LOL ! I’ve never been here before ! And I am not scary looking. Wearing nice work out clothes and sandals ! What a weird Place !!!! P.S. I have my car being repaired in town. Awaiting my son for a pickup. Was gonna get him and my wife something as well !
A sign of the times maybe……. To be fair I did not score the food because even with being starving I didn’t get a bite. I did score the service which was nonexistent.

No clear place to order. Not a single worker came up to try to talk to us or ask for our order. All the workers were disorganized, people skipping each other with no clear line. No hairnets, bagels prepared on dirty tables

Last week I had the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The man who I dealt with was amazing. He made recommendations that were on point. Next time. 9/14 11:30AM. The lady who helped me was pretty rude. She did not want to be there and I had to tell her my order 3 times. I was excited to come back after my great experience but now it's left a bad taste in my mouth from the quality of service. Spent 17$ to then be told a bag for my 4 items and 2 drinks was 5cents. FINE but since I had already paid and only had a card it was a huge deal lol seriously???? Come on guys

Our favorite bagels of all. Best taste, with just the right crispy crust. Some bagels are too doughy, like eating a loaf of bread, but these are true bagels. And don't forget the iced coffee! NJB wins!!

I drive 40 minutes just for bagels because they're really good. But their customer service is so bad. When you come in, they don't even say hi; they just stare at you. Most of the time, they have poor attitudes and manners. Save yourself a bad moment and take your business somewhere else.
My coworkers and I stopped by here during our scavenger hunt around the area! And omg! I ordered the beef Philly roll and it was so good! The macaroni salad is the best I’ve ever had! It was so nice! I will absolutely be back for more food!
