My husband and I, frequent customers of OC Bagel in Middletown and Goshen, have always enjoyed their bagel sandwiches. However, the new Goshen location still has some issues that need to be addressed. One such issue is the rudeness displayed by the staff. When my husband attempted to order, an older lady behind the counter rudely asked, “Do I look like a secretary?” She also seemed annoyed with our presence and rudely stared at us throughout our visit. Our most favorite bagel place in our village, hands down! Family run business with awesome bagels and food. It's a weekly stop for us. The new shop is gorgeous and we love visiting.
