Sent husband to get subs and ordered a club sub with just lettuce tomato and mayo with provolone cheese and when he brought it to me was not a club and he said girl just piled stuff on jd didn’t listen, I do not like peppers or raw onions and plastered on so no dinner tonight!

Terrible experience, went in at 9:15pm no one else was in the store. Soon as I walked in the girl says we're closing in a few minutes. I looked at the sign said 10 pm closing. She has a snippy attitude btw,so I proceeded to place an order of one chipotle sub a meatball sub and a chocolate chip cookie. She then informed me that they ran out of meatballs because the baseball team ordered nothing but meatball subs. Then she tells me that all the cookies are frozen. So I didn't get any dinner that night because the other sub wasn't for me. As I was ordering I handed her a coupon for the 2 subs but when she rang it up she through the coupon back in the bag and charged me full price anyway. This was 2 days ago and I didn't catch name but her id number is 0103. She should not be working with public

The new coolers are definitely there to hide the fact they now give half the meat they did before. Sandwich pretty much tasted like bread.

In a world (New York State) where finding ppl who actually want to WORK for money is few and far between, this place has exceptional management and employees. It’s clean and organized. Very fast service. Employees are trained and capable. Great experience going there.

They just recently redid this place and it is very good. I miss being able to see the meet and cheese so I can see if the bacon is crispy or not but oh well :)
I haven't been back to this place in two years. The last two times I got my favorite sub, the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, it was awful, like the chicken had turned, so I haven't gone back. The second was a few weeks after the first, so it wasn't from the same batch. Maybe I'll try again soon, but I doubt I'll ever try that particular sub again. I'm not a 'lunchmeat' sub person, so my options are a bit limited. Maybe I'll try their pizza, if they still have it.
