I come to this location often, first time reviewing. Past two orders have been incorrect. Missing items that I paid for or just including stuff I didn’t ask for. I don’t have time to ask for them to fix it since I have work but almost everytime I go something is wrong.

I placed an online order, arrived 10 mins after order was placed and wasn’t even ready which I had no problem. After waiting another 5 mins got my breakfast and turns out ended up being both sandwiches with just bread bacon and cheese enstead of sausage egg and cheese. Very disappointing.

OMG.... A coffee ☕ is as simple as Boiling water.. it's written on your order Tag.. Push the buttons in the Correct order of the Tag and Bingo... You're Got a delicious coffee.. But.. No... Not This Place... I visit my family here and i will tell you that they Suck at making Coffee...

This might've been on one of the out of state moves I was it was literally a Dunkin donuts at every food place we stopped at lol
I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island. Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh. 2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix. Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed. I am a fan and a customer as long as im a resident here. I also recommend them over other places.

The drive thru is SO slow. It's like they take one order at a time and make that one order at a time too. I just don't understand the process. The coffee is great but it's not a fast drive thru

I go through the drive through and find it very difficult to understand the staff. The coffee is good and usually fixed as ordered. Please for the love of God fix the pothole in the drive thru!
