I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island. Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh. 2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix. Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed. I am a fan and a customer as long as im a resident here. I also recommend them over other places.

The drive thru is SO slow. It's like they take one order at a time and make that one order at a time too. I just don't understand the process. The coffee is great but it's not a fast drive thru

I go here for the convenience. They rarely mess up my order. Good luck getting a napkin with your food at the drive thru. I’m not a fan of drinking my coffee after the guy handling everyone’s cash holds the cup by the lid I have to drink out of. They have gone thru a lot of employees at the drive thru so maybe this will change. Still better than both Tim Hortons on the Island. They would consistently mess up my black coffee order and food.
