I just don't understand how you call during regular business hours and they do not answer. They turn their ringer off and there is no online ordering like other places.

Food is not bad. The workers there are nice however the owner is on the other end of the spectrum. Had a horrible experience with him and he has now lost our business forever. Too bad too because we believe in supporting local businesses. There’s plenty of other places to support on the Island. Oh well.

They are open. I drove by on my way home from work and I could see people getting food and people working there. I decided to place an order when I got home. The phone rang and rang and noone ever picked up. I tried again about 15 times and noone ever answered. I ended up going to a competitor and I drove by Just Pizza on the way there. They were open and doing business. I decided to stop by and I when I entered I could here the phone ringing and they were just ignoring it. maybe they were too busy or short staffed... but I still consider that rude.

The owner of this place Lenny is a sleazeball . It is alleged; this shyster of an owner steals from it's drivers and customers.... Don't spend a penny on this dirt bag of an owner and place. They don't deserve anything but to go out of business........

Pizza was great managers and workers have always been courteous and friendly. Even in Bills playoff weekends their deliveries were only about an hour. Subs are the best on the island especially since other places have raised their price to ridiculous amounts or got cheap on their quality of food.Pizza is always good, wings are delicious. Some of the sides and appetizers are hit/miss. 3 cheese steak sub is amazing and I've had a lot of cheese steaks. Their specialty is pizza but I've been happy with a LOT of other things they have on the menu, particularly the subs.There's a rash of disgruntled employees who posted some fake reviews in the past so keep that in mind when reading the 1 star reviews. I'm glad they let them go as the new employees have been excellent.

We traveled about 5 hours to see Niagara Falls and was told to get the wings from here on our way home. They were delicious. Bone in, freshly fried, we watched him make up this concoction of sauce for the bourbon whiskey flavor and hand toss the wings. One of the best tasting sauces we’ve had. The Big cheese Philly hoagy was phenomenal. Juicy meat and greasy peppers and onions, hit the freakin spot. My boyfriend won’t stop talking about this dang hoagy lol great food and we will definitely stop again at the grand island location when we’re in the area

Love the wings here. Had one kind on my first visit. No idea what they were but best wings ever. It was their "wing of the day" now I have to try all of them to figure it out. Honey BBQ, Texas grilled BBQ

Just ate a great medium size pizza ...ordered Laura's thicker dough with sauce but, had it topped with " The Works "! ...it was great ...Thank you JUST PIZZA ...KIM ...also like those turkey SUBS!

Apparently answering the phone isn't something they do here. They don't have online ordering at this location so you would think that they'd at least answer the phone. Tried calling multiple times on 3 different days and no one answered. When I drove there to order, there was no one there, just an open door and an empty restaurant. Pretty sure the worker was the guy sitting in the parking lot in his car smoking.
To whomever may read this !WARNING !!- to any future or potential employees!!Please be advised that I took a job with this just pizza location in grand island . I only worked for 2 days with them. In this day and age with the pandemic and all , I needed to take a job and this was it ! I can honestly say that no wonder why people don’t want these types of jobs , I got paid and was shorted my wages and my tips , so sad that people like this have to pray on the people just trying to get by and not rely on social services and truly want to make an honest wage , shame on you for stealing from me , apparently you also do this to your customers … btw , whoever gave me tips last week , I want you to know I didn’t receive them, but nonetheless I appreciate the thought , so obviously did management - owners !!!

I got your busy. There is no need to be rude as a manager. I am a well. But consistently hanging up is just terrible... Resolve the issue... Don't fight... Unfortunately, I will never order from this Just Pizza again... I will waist my time and go elsewhere. Maybe if the manager was nicer and the driver not basically call me a liar.... Cool. My pizza is halfway stuck to the box.. wings look like trash... And THE MANAGER yells that they're busy and don't have time for your compliments. At least offer a discount....But noooo. Waist my money on this kind of service... Buch of garbage..... I would try again but without such terrible service....

Made my order completely wrong. Call back so they could make it right and he told me no. He was completely rude and he told me he would not take care of the issue. I ordered my wings extra saucy and they are drier than a bone.This little man was not able to take care of his customer. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the past month. Do not order from just pizza on Grand Island. The owner/manager who will not give you his name will not take responsibility for his mistakes and shortcomings. Buyer beware. If they mess up your order they will do nothing. I’m so sorry you are such a little man and you can’t help your customersThen he called me a liar, told me they dumped sauce all over these. I guess the proof is in the photo.I’ve never seen more sauce in my life. Do. Not. Order. From. Just. Pizza. On grand island.This small guy does not care about his customers.
