the last time i dined at this mcdonalds i got minor food poisoning due to what i am guessing is either gross incompetence or blatant disregard for the safety of other people. i have personally seen that the staff are all untrained or poorly trained teenagers that are not performing well under such a stressful environment such as working a busy restaurant. the management is nowhere to be seen and it seems more and more that the establishment is owned by a high school
Parking: a small parking lot fit for employees and small amounts of customers
Kid-friendliness: little to no kid friendliness after the removal of the play place

Sheesh. Does this place have any adults in charge? The poor little kids working there need leadership but there is none to be found. On multiple occasions I order via the app, to be picked up at the counter, only to find a dining room full of customers waiting for orders. Everyone is frustrated. The quality of the burger is zero point three. It's smashed flat as if the cook was frustrated with me. Shut this place down. Demolish it. Build again. This site cannot be redeemed

Just went through the drive thu in Grand Island NY. Asked for 2 dropped fresh fish sandwiches and hot fresh fries. Did not get either. Luke warm fish with less tarter sauce than typical. Cold fries. Seemed to be sitting a bit. Had a Big Mac also . It was uneventful and Luke warm. I understand I drove a short distance . Stll Unacceptable. I sampled fries while driving . We're already cold .
The staff at the window was very friendly and quick. I will call tomorrow to complain.

The worst McDonald’s location in NY state. It’s not fast, the food is always cold, and they always have a limited menu. Before and after their renovations! The people are nice, but that’s about it. The NF McDonald’s is miles ahead.. and that’s saying something. I went today for the first time in months and these fries gave me my daily sodium intake for the next 6 months. I’ll stick to BK/Taco Bell. Those are great locations on the island.

The lady working the drive-thru and front counter was rude and cussing at me and our food was cold and had hair in it. Erie county health department needs to visit this place. Never again stay away at all costs. Was wend around 2 pm if you care to know.

Why do I keep coming here!? It’s pure torture. I bought 2 happy meals for my kids, and it took 20 minutes. I’d like to say that it’s an isolated incident, but it’s a regular occurrence. I’m convinced there is only 2 people working at all times. If you show up and there’s more than 2 cars in the drivethru might as well drive to the falls and back instead. 0/10 do not recommend.
