Drove about 40 minutes to come here for food. Figured why not on a Saturday afternoon/ evening. I looked online to see what time they closed and according to the Google page it was 3am. After getting there just to find out they are closed!!! Their hours on Google don’t match the hours that they are open. Thanks for wasting my time. Also there is so much going on that I’m actually glad we didn’t spend our money here!!! Please don’t reply with you wanting me to email you etc so we can talk or fix it! Fix your business or close it!!! Accept that you are not running a business that cares enough about the people that choose to support you by coming here to eat just to be let down! This was my second time here and the first time I didn’t review!!!! Figured some of your staff were having a bad day!! But come on!!! A second disappointment! Do better.

Living on Grand Island, the V'Randa is our go to restaurant during the summer! Sunday Brunch is our favorite, nice variety of food dishes, FUN cocktails and the live music just adds to the atmosphere! Sitting on the V'Randa - you can see the Niagara River, watch families enjoying picnics and kids on the playground! We also stop by frequently after a round a golf for dinner or a drink at one of the outide tables or living room areas. It's also the perfect place to stop while riding your bike or walking the West River parkway path!

Had a reservation, arrived 10 minutes early. We waited 2 HOURS for our food 😌 Mushroom risotto had no flavor. They overcharged us even after we pointed out the mistakes on the receipt. This place had 3 other tables while we were there and said the “wait” was due to them having a large table? Basic business service is to treat guests with the same respect and not waste time. We will not return! Do not recommend.

Went there and it was such a perfect night, the views were amazing! It was everything I was looking for in a patio dinning experience.. food and drinks came pretty fast and it was seriously the best grilled chicken Caesar salad I’ve ever had! Our server was Kaylee and she was the best!!
Atmosphere is phenomenal and the staff is even better! Drinks are amazing and my dinner definitely had fresh ingredients. Love coming here!

idk who manages this place, but whoever responds to these reviews doesn't seem to actually take the advice and make changes. this place was phenomenal three years ago. the brussel sprouts aren't the same. that recipe definitely left with the chef that created them. they're still good, but they are not as good as they were. bolognese tasted like chef boyardee and the prime rib sandwich was overcooked. I wouldn't knock the service, either, like many of these reviews because the servers are just young people who probably lack guidance from management. I honestly think they're doing their best. for example, we ordered the kids food, then appetizers, then entrees and the apps came first and the kids food came with our entrees. the kids food should have come out first; as soon as it was done. since it all came out together the kids were anxious and you could tell half the entrees sat there for a while before everything was ready. whoever reads and comments on these reviews needs to care more and make some changes. manage this place better and it'd be amazing.

We have been to this venue since it opened. I have left a few bad reviews in past. But this year ROCKS! Food is outstanding, service has been amazing! We have been going every week and have not been disappointed!! Thank you! Keep up good work!! Love this place! Can’t beat the views!

You just can’t beat the atmosphere… easily the best patio in a 200-mile radius!!!The service is bar-none! We had an incredible experience… Brooke is absolutely top-notch!We enjoyed a couple of cocktails and the pub chips, and it was like 1000 tiny angels dancing on my tastebuds!!! I can’t remember the name, but the cocktail with goslings rum will change your life!!! :)Thanks SO much, guys!!!
