Grand Island Tim Hortons, the bathrooms are so disgusting and the restaurant itself is gross I can only imagine what the kitchen would look like. Stuff all over the floor, both urinals out of order the toilets were disgusting the floor was disgusting I don't think they've cleaned in forever. Corporate should do something about it.

Walked in this morning at 11 am. No greeting. No Hash browns. Very dirty. Trash overflowing. Countertop & every table dirty. Floor looked like it was mopped with dirty water. Paper & crumbs everywhere. Mentioned it to an employee. Her response was to blame it on the nightshift.

Ordered a hot chai latte and it was just a cup of hot milk. The meal I got was shoved into a bag that was too small, so my hash browns were mangled. They are not pleasant at the drive through at all, they walk by and stare at you without offering any service, to include paying. The food is dried out from sitting under a warmer since 5 am. The donut I got was smashed. Just moved to the island, and I am so disappointed at the food quality and lack of good customer service.
